This company no longer exists. It was formed in 2019 but changed its name to ECOME Systems Ltd in April this year (2020). It is run and owned by a Mohammed Lachgar.

He does not comply with Distant Selling Regulations; wants unsuitable goods returned to Morocco where he is based whereas on the packaging, if undelivered it is to be returned to a UK address. This address is not where the company is registered - his office is a business service facility only for foreign “business’ people.

The website states ‘100% satisfaction guarantee’. Absolute rubbish. This defies the Advertising Standards Agency for correct information.

I am surprised that the Trading Standards people aren’t all over this company - not that they would travel to North Africa! However, unless I am mistaken, is it not against Company Law to not state what name your company is trading under? In this case, he is advertising and selling as Shock Cart but no such company is registered now. At the very least his website should read ‘ECOME Systems Ltd’ t/a Shock Cart.

In my particular case, my wife ordered some goods which did not fit as they should. She notified the company within two days and was told that it was her fault that she had ordered the wrong size so no refund. Having challenged this, we were then asked to take a photo. We challenged this as we could see no point; the goods were not fit for purpose.

Eventually we were told to return them by signed for, recorded delivery to Morocco. In this instance, given the relatively low cost of the goods, it looks like we shall lose out because we have absolutely no trust that even if we did send the goods back, an excuse would be found to not refund the money.

DISGRACEFUL COMPANY AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES but as they laugh at conning people whilst walking to the bank with our money, we can bet that there is no conscience displayed.

Absolute shambles of a company . Took nearly 2 months to receive my order and when I did it was in such a state it was only fit for the bin .
They won’t let me return it because it’s not in good condition , and that’s the whole reason I want to return it , because it’s not fit for purpose .

Awful company. Products are just low standard and over priced. It states 100% satisfaction on website and I wanted a refund as my product wasn't usable and they said there was nothing they could do. So basically, if there is something wrong with your item they will not refund or allow you to return, no matter how many times you contact them. Don't waste your money, go to a more reliable and professional company.

I agree this company deserves no stars. It has completely mid-sold the liquid lawn product and has, to date, given no explanation as to how the product works. There is no resemblance between any product video and the product as delivered. You buy items from this company at your peril.

I wish I’d read the reviews! I ordered a dog bed middle of May, queried where it was and was sent tracker, it’s now saying it’s been delivered and it’s not! They say check local PO!! Won’t tell me who the carrier is and that it’s my responsibility! Awful do
Not order with them I’ve lost £50!

I received my sandals this morning too small but worst of all they were squashed together in a plastic bag causing creases in the cheap plastic of the shoe, shockcart should not be allowed to sell anything total rip off, if i had known i was ordering from china i would not of ordered anything at all, cheap and nasty and not fit for purpose.they do not give refunds a total rip off, they are not worth a penny, do not order anything from this company they should be called robcart because thats all they have done to me and other customers. ROBBED ME AND OTHERS

Bought 2 pairs of shoes which happen to be too small, but Shockcart are refusing to allow a return because they sent the size I asked for. Even quoting a paragraph from Which? explaining my rights hasn’t helped.

Two and a half months, fifteen pounds out of pocket, because they claim they sent it to my address they consider the order complete.

purchase product Verdyl Liquid Lawn Grass Sprayer, tried to use it as instructions but did not work, emailed support@shockcart, asked to take photo & Video which I did & sent email, refused refund, quoted Sale of Goods Act, Not Fit for Purpose, still Waiting Refund, think this Company is a Scam do not use, giving problem to Credit Card Company to Resolve

I ordered a dog bed on 27/05/2020 and it has still not arrived. I have tried to contact shockcart using the telephone number they give but the number doesn’t exist. I have emailed them on numerous occasions but they never actually answer my questions. They just say please wait a few more days for delivery. BEWARE this company is a nightmare and be prepared to not receive your goods or money back. I’m disputing this with my bank now as I can’t seem to get an answer from the company. Absolutely horrendous

Wish I had read the reviews before I used this company.
Dont waste your time and money. Waited weeks for constellaton lamp. Didnt work. My emails ignored until I involved Paypal. Hoping I get a refund. Everything about this company is awful so far

Absolutely duped and ripped off.
Only paid £20 for a piece of plastic trash however if it means getting my money back from these thieves I'd pay £300 to do that.
Remember your consumer rights and dont take it!!! Aweful company!!
I bought a constellation lamp and it turned up without pieces, fell apart and has WIRES!!!! hanging out of it.

Disgusting!!! Waited a month for the item. It wasn’t as described, wrong colour, had pieces missing. They refused to give a refund!

Absolute rubbish. Please avoid at all costs. I purchased the Hydro Mousse system but it was not complete, the grass seed was missing. It took over 2 weeks to be delivered and it is clearly a Chinese replica of the real thing. It does not connect to a standard hose unless I buy an adaptor. I've basically paid 20 quid for a non functional plastic spray gun which is going straight in the bin. Shockcart are not interested nor have they offered a refund. If I could give this company minus stars I would, but unfortunately, to write a review, I have to give them 1 star. The company is aptly called Shockcart as it truly is shocking. Please do not use this site.

Despite clearly stating on the actual product that the grass seed is included, the "Hydro Mousse Liquid Lawn" supplied by Shockcart has the seed removed!!!
It is nothing more than a plastic bottle with green fluid that does absolutely nothing!!!
I complained and asked for my money back as the grass seed was not with the product and the reponse I recieved was that "This is how we sell it, Return not accepted".
This company are scammers. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! The WORST online shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life. It’s a LITERAL SCAM. Paid £24 for a hair trimmer but when I received it (after waiting for A MONTH) it looked so cheap, the quality was just ridiculous. To make it worse, it was DEFECTIVE... it wouldn’t even turn on. So, I emailed them to ask if I could return the item. They asked me to send them videos to prove it was damaged but when I did they stopped replying to me completely. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH since I’ve gotten a reply from them even though I’ve tried to get in touch with them 2-3 times now... WHAT A DISGRACE OF A COMPANY. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star but I have to in order to write this review to warn people.

I would give it no stars because i paid 29 pound for a grass strimmer that was like a kids toy. A disgrace allowing this company to do business here. NEVER AGAIN BE WARNED.

Absolutely terrible do not buy from them. Bought a grass product which took months to arrive and then when it arrived it didn’t work as described and was green liquid which didn’t foam like the video and so just came out as slightly green water and did nothing. Also spurted water in all directions so didn’t work properly. Emailed them and they asked for photos then said it didn’t look broken so no refund. 100% guaranteed customer satisfaction their site advertises... but absolutely none here and they aren’t interested in resolving issues. Absolute rubbish!
