I can't even call this place a company, it is quite clearly some lonely sole sat taking money on their website for a SCAM business. I so wished I would've read the reviews before ordering but all reviews on their website are positive & quite clearly now I see they're fake.

I ordered my item at the start of May and they informed me it had been shipped over within approx 1 week but now over 5 weeks later it has still not arrived. When I ask for an update on it's status I just get a generic email stating it's on it's way, I threatened to report to my bank and trading standards to which they completely ignored, so I have gone ahead and reported them now.

I have today asked for a refund of my £50 which I don't feel I will receive because this useless scamming person doesn't care about anything but themselves and getting free money.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Never received my order. It is June now, placed order in Feb. I have asked for a refund plenty of times, but keep fobbing me off.

Ordered a gardening item in February. Received incomplete and damaged in April. No interest in resolution.

There's a reason this lot appear cheap but never has the phrase "you get what you pay for" been more appropriate.

I recently purchased a cellulite vacuum....absolutely crap!!. It doesnt suck the skin and now it has stopped working and only makes a noise( still no suction) when tapped. I want a refund. Its absolutely disgusting how this company treats you. Takes your money then runs. I'm now taking it up with PayPal

How much of a fool was I. Purchased sandels which were not as expected and tried to return them. They did not want to know but did offer to replace them with a different size if I paid the postage! Would not recommend then to anyone.

I ordered 2 items after weeks of waiting and several ignored emails, 1 item turned up. There was no sizing displayed on the item or the packaging, the item was too small and when I sent photos as they requested, I was told I had ordered the wrong size. I am now engaged in an email battle with them. This is a scam, the packaging is Chinese and the items are poor quality and not fit for purpose. They need to be stopped from trading and from setting up again as another scamming company. They should be ashamed that they treat people like this.

I ordered 2 Liquid Lawn Green Grass Sprays 27/04/20 £35:98.
It arrived 11/06/20.
Both spray containers were faulty, the operating hand triggers for spraying water/ solution were solid therefore useless.
I contacted the owner by email Mohammed Lachger to request a refund for faulty goods, his reply was I could not be reimbursed as the order I placed was correct NO MENTION OF IT BEING FAULTY.

He is dealing In substandard quality: RUBBISH
If you buy from this company you may not receive your order and if you have any problems YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

If I could give them 0 star's I would've!! I ordered some liquid lawn month's ago and still hasn't arrived!! I think it'd have been quicker to sow and grow a single grass seed individually!!! I sent them an email what feels like 2 months ago and they stated that my product had been dispatched?! Will never use this company again, what a scam!!!!

Was ment to get my parcel back in april I had an email that said I would receive my parcel within 6 working days I still havnt recieved it and we are now in june! I have sent email after email asking for my refund and all I'm getting back is "your parcel is on its way" it's all a scam! Even there helpline number is a fake. If only I had read the reviews first, 100% would NOT reccomend.

After reading about the product online and then finding a good price with Shockcart, I ordered the miraclash on 24th May 2020. I was expecting the item within around a week after the website claimed that dispatch was within 2 days. After 10 days, I tried to track my item and the page didn’t exist, it was at this point that I started to worry and looked up the reviews. This didn’t help as I was more concerned and worrying that I had been scammed out of £14.99. I decided I would wait a month before claiming my money back through PayPal. Anyway, it was on my mind so I emailed the company explaining my concerns. I received a reply almost immediately with a working tracking number and confirmation that my order was in its way. Two days later my product arrived. I was surprised and wanted to write a review to reassure others that it’s not all bad. Delivery takes a while but that as the only negative.

Ordered some nail gel remover in March, still waiting for it and 14 emails later they still say it is on its way and will not refund me! Don’t order anything from them!

Awful company, waited a month for delivery. item not fit for purpose, item does not attract or kill mosquitos as stated.

I would barely give this company one star . A recent purchase of oximeter , absolute rubbish and a waste of £30 . Not fit for purpose , no reply from the company either offering replacement or refund .

Painful slow delivery. One item has arrived six week's after ordering. The second order on the same day has not shown up. Waste of time, but I don't think these guy's are scammers, just a terrible online company.

This company is horrible dealing with.

Purchased x2 MOSQUITRAP™: LED Mosquito Trap lamp (Quiet + Non-Toxic) but arrived with deformed shape, covered with dusts and human hairs are attached with a product.

They say this is the right product and refuse to accept the return and refund.
Still struggling to sort it out.
Never buy from them again!!!

Do Not Use This Company !!!! brought some dog clippers they don't even cut string let alone my dogs nails , when I contacted them showing pictures of it not cutting string they still refused to give me a refund ! Do not buy anything from them !! Very unhappy

Do not use this company. My order took a month to arrive, for it to break within an hour of use. Emailed countless times for a refund and now I'm being ignored. Awful, awful company. Do not hand your money over to them!! One star is one too many!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS. A Netherlands based company selling fake Chinese goods. Item never arrived so I complained to bank it was a fraudulent transaction and money was refunded! Nothing good ever comes from China!

DO NOT Under any circumstances trade with Shock Cart at all. I bought 3 ear vacuum as part of a deal. 1 arrived (after a few emails I had sent chasing it up) it arrived from China with no instructions. The other 2 never arrived and despite several requests for a return address and for a refund, it was refused and they just stopped replying to my emails. Dreadful Dreadful online experience.

Goods come from China so you place an order then maybe a month or more later get delivery. I wouldnt have minded if the product was good. I purchased garden lawn fertiliser. It didnt work/button didnt release - the top didnt stay screwed on the bottle. yet 3 weeks later they are still not answering me for a refund. A disgraceful service. I will update further on this but I was sold a product not fit for purpose and it has not been rectified. The write up gave impression this product was amazing. Very let down indeed by this company. I may report as fraud to my bank soon.
