DO NOT buy from this business. Having just had a refund from PayPal through their resolution central I have to advise anyone thinking of buying from this cut not to. My order was supposedly tracked and delivered, however this was to a supposed address over 250 miles away. Their response for me to speak to my local post office and find the parcel myself. Subsequent emails to them where in answered. Even PayPal where sent a tracking number for another delivery that according to the tracking after 1 month hadn't left China. Please avoid and do not buy from this con artist company.

I didn't realise until the order confirmation that this was a front for product from China.

At the time of writing the order was supposedly shipped over 2 months ago and the tracking info has lost it inside China Post Office.

It's unlikely now that it will ever surface and be delivered. Service from Chinese companies is hit and miss, Shockcart are a very definite miss and I won't touch them ever again.

Avoid this company at all costs . I purchased 3 pairs of bunion corrector flip flops . They took so long to come I actually forgot about them. When they arrived I realised they wasn’t like the picture they are cheap and tacky and very difficult to put on. I only opened and tried one pair.Sent email so I could return and waited for reply nothing so rang number on website it doesn’t exsit so realised they were a rogue company. Have wrote emails via another way to catch their attention oh yes they replied,but then said for me to take a photo of item I did even though couldn’t see why I should. Then came a reply saying they couldn’t refund because they wasn’t damaged I never said they was damaged. I’m now going to take it further. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle.

The only thing 'shocking' is the customer service!! Brought some liquid lawn, arrived after 2 weeks...from China I might add....no seed? Just a hose bottle and green dye!! The bottle even says it should have seed...company not interested so V I will take it further...thank God for consumer rights

Absolute garbage! Waited weeks for delivery then when galaxy lamp arrived it was self assembly with useless instructions. Cheap and tatty. Does not even deserve 1 star. Avoid at all costs.

If I could do minus 5 I would! Steer clear complete scam , the uk phone number doesn’t work and emails come from China. They don’t read them , the don’t do returns they don’t refund the money. Do NOT buy from them

Wait for product 4 weeks...but when receiving you is broken.

Didn’t receive the product and they are refusing to give me my money back. I have set up a dispute. Scam company! Do not buy!

Don’t touch them with a barge pole. Delivery takes so long you cannot return items even if they’re wrong or faulty as the return agreement starts from the date they send order.

I have been emailing them for 10 days now and they keep saying they have transferred my enquiry to 'some the service concerned'. I have no time for this.
Other online store is cheaper, next day delivery and will return/refund an item not fit for purpose nearly instantly.
Live your life...forget this retailer.

LIKE ANOTHER REVIEW I HAVE JUST READ ORDERED THE SAME SILICONE BAKING MATS, THE SITE IS VERY MISLEADING AND THE SILICONE MATS ARE NOT THE SIZE IN THE VIDEO SHOWN ON THE SITE. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! THIS SITE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF! IT NEED TAKING DOWN AND I WILL BE LOOKING FOR WAYS TOO DO THAT.

Ordered 2 silicone pastry mats for two of my children. They were advertised as 15 x 19 inches extra large. What I actually received was a child size mat no bigger than a normal place mat (size 10x11") I have tried to contact them several times by email. They did reply back once to say they would not be refunding as there is nothing wrong with them. This company should be taken off line before they scam anyone else.

If I could give this website minis stars I would! I ordered a lamp, which was branded. When it arrived it was to be assembled by yourself...fine, but the instructions were not very clear, there was absolutely no branding to be seen anywhere, there were bits missing and at the end of it the electrical components were all exposed, which considering this is for a child's room, and the product page has pictures of kids on it, isn't very safe at all. Have complained to them so will see what happens next. Avoid the website and shop elsewhere!

Is it possible to give no stars. Ordered two garden seeding implements both Took months to arrive and both damaged when arrived. On contacting it took three emails before reply and now suggesting it will take months for a refund despite uk consumer protections sayin it should be 30 day for faulty good

I bought sandals via Facebook ad and wish I hadn't bothered! Nothing like the description. They were hard and very uncomfortable so wanted to return them - some chance!! After various emails and photographs sent through, I was told as they were not damaged I couldn't return for refund. I queried re consumer rights and after 3 days was told they weren't eligible for refund!! Intend to contact PayPal to try and get this company removed.

Don’t waste your money........it’s a load of rubbish......doesn’t come with seeds and doesn’t fit standard hose and if you manage to get past this it does not turn the grass green....:::::and definitely does not repair grass 🤬 disgraceful con and customer service a complete waste of time and don’t understand a simple question

Just received spray on lawn, no seed In kit and price paid I could have got the same thing for £10 less from other sites.

A while back I ordered an item, it took around a month to arrive despite saying it would be a matter of days. So i finally receive the product, only to discover that the quality was awful in comparison to how it was advertised/shown. Not only that but it came missing parts! Obviously i straight away got in contact about a refund. First time, no response. Second time, a response irrelevant to what i was asking. Third time, I get an email acknowledging my issue and asking for pictures of the product which i comply with, only to then be ignored after that. Then come the fourth and fifth email which yielded no response. Here i am sure there is no way for this company to give me a refund and i'm furious. I hope nobody shops here ever again it's a disgrace.
