Terrible experience!!! I ordered two bra's (paid £50) only one arrived. I want to return it and get a full refund but now their email doesn't work and they will not respond to the phone messages I've left. Do not buy from this company

Wished I had read reviews just ordered. Is anyone able to give me an email address which is legitimate. Keeps saying email address is invalid. Is this company operating and full filling orders. I have found on a website he is Morroccon and has an office in London.

I have fallen victim to this feckless company and bought the “bunion” shoes.
They are rubbish, wrong size so I asked for a return address so I could send back
and claim a refund but was told I could only reorder in correct size and pay postage
for the re-issue in advance. Please tell me how to stop advertising emails from this company.
Am hoping the charity shop can make a few bob from their resale.

Buyer Beware! Ordered from a flash ad - item received was not as shown or described on the ad. Website says 100% Customer Satisfaction - that is an outright lie! I went to Paypal as made payment via them - hoping for Buyer Protection - and Paypal agreed I was entitled to a refund BUT I had to return to Morocco using a service with online tracking! I'm not going to pay £19.45 to get a refund of £14.99 ......... total scammers. Don't waste your money or time.

SCAM WEBSITE. Never received the item, no way to message them as their email is now void. Having to get money back from paypal.

Like so many others I received a faulty product - a dog harness which is positively dangerous to use - nothing like what is shown on the web page, poorly stitched together, and likely to snap if my 20kilo dog lunges. The harness is advertised as guaranteed to last a life-time and its whole purpose is to stop dogs lunging and pulling. After just 10 minutes with no lunging and very little pulling the stitches holding the side 'ring' were coming apart (in fact it's a cheap flimsy plastic oblong, not the steel ring shown on their web page photos). I bought the harness to stop my dog lunging at cars - luckily no car passed us on this trial walk. If it had, the harness might well have snapped, my dog been hit by the car, or causing an accident and I would have landed flat on my back. My dog is at the lowest weight range that this harness was supposed to cater for. When I complained to Shockcart they asked for photos, which I sent, After some discussion they agreed to send a replacement, but nothing has arrived and now when I send an e-mail I get it returned with the message that their domain name does not exist. Contacting them via their web page had no response. So I've spent around 38 euros on a product I can't use. I forgot to mention the harness also has stupid 'POLICE K9' stripes down both sides (which I believe are illegal here in Cyprus, where I live). Beware this rubbish company!

Shockcart is the worst company that i have dealt with. I ordered sandals £17.99 size 6 which arrived very late and was too small for a size 6 they were completely different to what was advertised on their website they looked cheap and nasty. I emailed Alice for a refund because I wasn’t happy with the sandals. Alice said no refund we can only exchange, after another few emails she said return the sandals back in it’s original packaging with proof of return then i’ll refund you. Which i did return the sandals back paid another £6.00 for the return and still waiting for my refund. They don’t reply to your emails anymore

This company should be shut down. Based in Morocco. ANY POTENTIAL SHOPPERS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely APPALLING service and very very poor footwear, wife ordered some sandals that are too small for a size 6 more like 4 and look like they’ve been put together by a child. Sent a few a emails but kept getting a response from a different person with no resolution in site but just fobbing us off. Not sure if we will get any refund if we pay the postage plus actual cost of the sandals 😡
Actually just read a few more reviews so just going to give the sandals local charity shop.

Same as everyone else wish ide read these first received too small returned to address on front of packet which did say return address UB2 postcode when I emailed for update on refund they said they are based in Morocco and should have been returned there but as no receipt in package or return label I sent it to address in Uxbridge I paid by debit card so will never see that again

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Mine is exactly the same, wrong sizing and they want to send another pair if I pay the shipping at only £4.99.
Thought I smelt a rat and my instinct was right.
Will get onto PayPal as I suggest everyone complaining and get this
Con closed down.

Terrible never buy from here wrong sizes and when your ask for a refund they say no and then they never answer your emails terrible

I bought one of the shapewear pants. They make their adverts sound like it's from America and normal American sizes. But their products are from China. I was so shocked to see shipping stamp fro China and product is written made in China.The large size could not even fit my slim 10 Yr old. Because its very small sizes for small Chinese women. The quality is also very poor.
These deceivers are not worth your time. Trust me. Shockcart are you for real?

Having bought sandals from them that are not the correct size & look cheap and nasty, so I tried to return them. They claim to have a returns policy but this is a lie!! They never answer the phone or reply to emails so I am now out of pocket & they don’t care. Never ever buy from SHOCKCART, better described as thieves than a company. They should not be allowed to continue trading.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
You will be sent items from china that you can buy yourself for a quarter of the price. There sizing chart is wrong. I have complained to paypal but they ask you to send the item back to Morroco, at a cost of £9.50. I refused to waste my time and more money on this company. Paypal closed the case in their favour, even though I had explained about this scam of a company. Not happy with paypal, they know loads of people are raising cases against Shockcart, but who is going to pay an additional £9.50 to return. Shockcart promised on there site that if they didn't fit they would send out another size free of charge. This was a lie too, they wanted £ 5 for postage. Buy on Wish if you want some slim pants!

Never ever order from this company/website, if you place an order and you change your mind or it doesn’t fit you will not get your money back or they don’t even allow you to send the item back!!!!

One star only because I had too. Wish I'd have read these comments before using this site Ordered their recommended size for it to come and not even be able to get it on. several e mails later have given up on getting a refund. Do not use this site they are inflexible and have standard replies which they churn out to all who have a problem, as for getting a refund forget it I don't think they would do anything even if it was faulty
