If you have been scammed by these people as I have PLEASE PLEASE report them to TRADING STANDARDS and get them closed down. Recorded delivery letters are returned unable to deliver and the telephone is not recognised by British Telecom.
Please report them this is the only way they can stop ripping people off.

Such a scam! After over 4 weeks of waiting for the product to arrive, now it doesn´t work as it should, the quality is shockingly bad! Customer service are saying I can´t get a refund because I got the product I ordered but they´re not taking any responsibility for the fact that it´s not working. Stay away from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I PAID £20 FOR A FAULTY ITEM AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. tHEY ARE A RIP OFF. I SENT THE PHOTOS OF THE FAULTY ITEM AND THEY ARE DENYING THAT THERE IS ANY FAULTWHEN YOU CAN SEE PLAINLY ON THE PHOTO THAT THE BUTTON IS STILL PUSHED IN.

I’ve ordered 2 items, heard nothing after 2 weeks
Sent queries and got an automated email from Meryem in customer services..... then nothing....
Check the phone number on their website. It’s a Tamworth number and is UNOBTAINABLE permanently.
Contacting my credit card company now to see if I’m covered....

Do not use this company. I have been waiting over 4 weeks for my product. They advertise 24/7 customer service but their phone number is incorrect. The emails I receive back are all generic with no information. I have asked for a complaints process several times which i have received no answer to. It is ridiculous. I'm starting to think I'll never get my product.

Please do not use this company. I bought a product from them and they never said when it would be delivered. 3 weeks later I contacted them by email to ask when it would be delivered but no reply. After another week I tried to call their customer service telephone number which was an inaccurate number. The only saving grace is that I paid via pay pal and raised a complaint and pay pal were amazing. They had my money refunded within 24hrs. Moral of the story, to never use an unknown online company without checking reviews first and to always use pay pal where possible.

There isn't a lower score than one star or I'd give it. Tend to agree with all of the other reviews. Stay well clear of this outfit. Fast delivery must mean if we still live in the seventeenth century. I could quite literally have walked to their depot in Holland and back again in the time it took to deliver my order. And the the shoes that I ordered were the wrong size. This company are a disgrace.

Literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a HALLOWEEN projector, clue is in the name what I wanted it for. Ordered in plenty of time from a company that promises “fast U.K. delivery”. Guess what it didn’t arrive! Emailed the company to have my email bounced back, incorrect address. Phoned them but the number is not connected. Thankfully I paid by PayPal, although they’ve even had the cheek to upload a fake tracking number to the PayPal claim but not bothered to respond. Avoid them at all costs!

I have never received my item and cannot phone them as the number doesn't work and i have had no response from numerous emails.

I ordered shape underwear in my normal size however when the item eventually arrived there was no way it was going to fit. I returned it and explained it was unworn due to not being able to get it on, I am still waiting for my money to be refunded after one month. The emails I received no longer let me reply.

Do not buy from this site as it's impossible to get a refund. Size XL body shaper would fit a size 12 if they were lucky

Do not buy from this company, they are scammers! I wish I had read these reviews before spending out £65 on 2 dog harnesses which, when they eventually arrived, were nothing like the items I had ordered! I emailed them to complain & sent photos then when my replacement never arrived the email suddenly stopped working! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Ordered in August now October still not received. Will not refund. Tried to claim through PayPal but they just as bad & will not take it further!! Will never use either again!!

I ordered sandals £17.99 size 7 which took ages to arrive and was far too small for a size 7. The sandals were like a size 5 fitting.
They were totally different to what was advertised on their website. They are described as helping bunions, they are called 'BUNIPEDIC'. I sent an email to someone called 'Alice' she emailed me back and told me to return them, which I did (to somewhere in Birmingham). I asked if Shockcart could send me a larger size. They emailed me and said I would have to pay £4.99 first, which I did (through PayPal). Then I waited and waited and waited for several weeks, still my Replacement order did not arrive.

I sent them an email asking where is my Replacement order?
I received an email a few days later saying that they have posted my Replacement order to me.
They are also VERY CHEEKY because 'Angela' keeps sending me promotional adverts constantly, so I emailed her as well, asking her where is my Replacement Order. No reply, yet I keep getting Promotional Adverts in my inbox.

Weeks later, I sent them several emails asking why is it taking so long to arrive? The emails kept bouncing back as 'Undeliverable'. Then I took a CLOSER look at their email address and they had omitted the .co so I inserted the the .co into their email address and re-sent them another email and there was no bounce back......until....... a few days later ...yes, you guessed it, it still bounced back!!

On Google, it says shockcart.co.uk

Anyway, I raised a Dispute with PayPal on Sunday 13.10.19, telling them everything.

Then on Tuesday 15.10.19 I sat contemplating my next move, when I heard a knock on my front door, when I asked who it was, the person said 'postman', to cut a long story short, my Replacement order arrived. I was very surprised that they had sent it.

The size was a little bit bigger (not much), but it fitted a bit more comfortably than the previous order.

However I am still NOT happy with their behaviour whoever and wherever they are. This lack of customer care and unresponsiveness from them should not be tolerated by anyone paying their hard earned money for sub-standard goods.
I then wrote them an email to let them know that a lot of customers are very upset with the way they ave been treated and not refunding their money and being ignored etc. It took a few days for that email to bounce back.

I have learned my lesson, that before purchasing online, I will always pay through PayPal because you can raise a Dispute with PayPal. Also do your research FIRST on any company, no matter how enticing or professional they look online, then you will get an idea how reliable and trustworthy they are. I will be doing this from now on, going forward.

I feel all your pain when I read how you have all been unfairly treated.

Can’t track orders , but quick enough to take your money , only one email answered and that was abrupt. Trying to get a refund but not much joy . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !

Scammers never received my parcel and when I tried to track it said couldn't be found and contact email address when trying to contact them no longer works SCAMMERS

I also have been scammed out of nearly £30 by these b******s. surprised PayPal still deal with them. Is there a complaints procedure on PayPal. Tried and each time I reported a problem all I got was a message from shockcart telling me to email a nonexistent address.
