One star is too high.
Been waiting a month for an order.
Have been getting e-mails every day promoting goods. 'Unsubscribe' does not work neither do e mails requesting the contact stops.
Had to place a block on emails from them.
Just a useless nuisance company.

i wish i could review it worst then as honestly. i should’ve read the reviews before hand. i ordered an item on the 31st of March. it is now the 6th of april?! it’s been over a month and i STILL have not received it. i wish i could review the item but i haven’t received it yet soooo i’ll just say how annoying and frustrating this website is. wanted to leave a review underneath the item but it’s not even on here anymore so i really don’t trust this site and would not ever order from here again. considering i payed a lot aswell and i do consider the fact we are all in a pandemic and it will take time but it shouldn’t take that long as i received items from around the world faster. the tracking they sent me a month ago has been the same place and no updates whilst the person i’ve been emailing about this situation been telling me that it’s on it’s way. COMPLETE LIES.

This company is rubbish. I ordered an item 12 days ago. They told me it would take about 5-10 days. Today they tell me it will take a further 6 days. They don’t reply to emails unless you bombard them with it and conveniently only read it 24 hours later. I asked their complaint department details but they keep ignoring that section of my emails.

I would not recommend anyone to ever buy anything from this company. I have them 2 star and that was generous on my part. Oh yeah, they won’t give refunds either. Even when it is reasonable to ask for one since they can’t be bothered to actually send the items purchased. Never again will I use this company. Never again.

Ordered a set of dog nail clippers from this mickey mouse outfit 6 weeks ago. Despite SIX e-mails asking when they would arrive and despite asking for my money back, I am still without either. They have refused point blank to return my money, which amounts to theft. Steer well clear of this bunch of bandits. Worst on line buying experience I've ever had. I have still not received the goods and they have still got my money.

Shipping is a bit slow and the quality of the product is amazing, if it was faster I would give it 5 stars.

Order number #2461447. Ordered something weeks ago and still hasnt arrived. I have tried to email them and it is saying it cant deliver. Tried to contact customer service but the link no longer work. Absolute joke. They are basically robbing people.

Update 04 May 20 - As a result of my review with Trust Pilot, I received my first email reply from Shockcart.uk. They advised that my Order was on its way 'from China' and should take 6 working days. They also gave me a tracking link which seems to work. At the time of purchase, I had the option of buying this same product online, direct from China, at a cost of £11.99 but the Shockcart website did not specify this. Indeed, gave me the impression it was 'local UK'. Meanwhile, I remain cautious of this company.

This was ordered on 27 April and should have arrived by now. I tried to track my item on the ‘Track Your Order’ page and I was told there was No record of my Order. I have emailed them four times but received no reply. I am now going to report their details to my Credit Card company as 'Goods Not Supplied'. On my experience I could not recommend this company.

Dreadful company, probably scammers. Ordered over a month ago (28th March) and still to receive anything. Paypal have had me waiting for refund, again over a month. Avoid this "company".

Avoid at all costs. Bought fluoride free toothpaste x 3 @ £43 from shock cart uk 15th march. When I chased up order via uk email it came back invalid as is phone number. They are in China. I raised a deputed via paypal end of March but they keep sending fake notifications saying left China but if you look it's a page on their fake website. They even had cheak to email me at one point to track my parcel with carrier as its lost or damaged. Problem is they dont have any carrier information as the whole thing is fake. PayPal still reviewing dispute but keep extending date to resolve. Not really happy about this as I thought I was covered against fraud with PayPal. Hopefully it will be resolved as I have escalated again to customer services. Really cautious about buying online now unless I check site out as too many nasty scammers.

Ordered, paid, no order, tried to track via their 'Track my Order', site advised 'no records found'.
Emailed company; no response. Telephoned company; peculiar noise on line then cut off immediately.
TERRIBLE! Zero stars would be better.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering! Following notification that my order had been delivered, lockdown, house occupied 24/7, I informed them item had not been received. Despite email responses, getting nowhere, so have raised a complaint with PayPal . Stupid person that I am, I have placed another order, not realising it was the same company, so I shall have to wait and see what happens! In the meantime I will be contacting Trading Standards, and others, these events are unacceptable!!

Would prefer 0 stars. Never recieved item, yet they take your money and refuse a refund. Then stop replying when threatened to take to court. Absolute joke of a company.

Ordered a dog bed XL .
Photo shows labrador in xl bed. I have a labrador so bought bed

3 weeks later it arrives.
The bed would only fit a jack Russel sized dog not a labrador and is very poor quality .

Absolute scumbags took money never delivered any products this company must be avoided at all costs this is a fraudulent company

This company is a scam, ordered 6 items which have never arrived, customer service phone number is unobtainable and emails go unanswered. It needs shutting down.

Absolutely awful. Site said delivery within 38 hours. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Then refused to refund me for faulty item. I have never experienced such an AWFUL company before. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I am reporting to trading standards. They should not be allowed to trade. Goods ordered several months ago have still not been delivered and they are refusing to refund despite many requests.
