Scammers! Contact fon and email address dont exist. Do not deal with this company. I've lost £40.

Awful company I ordered dog clippers back at the beginning of April and they keep fobbing me off with a tracking number that doesn't work. I sent numerous emails none answered except two that said it was on its way with this fictitious tracking number. I should have read the reviews first, Im too trusting well never again. I will never use this Company and nor will I ever recommend it. I have also asked for a refund again nothing and it certainly has not arrived in my account. I don't need to email this too them they already know!!

Please DO NOT order from this company. Not only is their phone number invalid which says it all but they give u tracking that I'm convinced isnt real, I have waited a month and apparently my orders are still in China. They dont reply nor do they give u a refund. They should be shut down. I'm contacting trading standards!

I like many wish I had read the reviews before ordering from these crooks, spent 26.98 on 2 eyebrow/eyelash growth Serum’s on the 28th April and still hasn’t arrived even though it’s supposedly a U.K. based website!
Contacted them a few times now which was difficult as the phone contact doesn’t exist and the email to contact has 2 different addresses!! Only replied once which seemed like a generic statement that gets sent to everyone! My tracking number doesn’t exist when I type into the confusing system yet on another link it still says it’s in CHINA in transit when I click on!!?? Very very confusing and unprofessional! The person running this sham website needs taking to court and sued for every penny! Total scumbag! Wish I could give 0 stars also! Who do they think they are taking peoples money like this! It boils my blood!
Update: my items have just arrived today 25th May so almost 1 month to the day since I placed order. I’m happy with my items but still think this company is run by unprofessionals and don’t reply back or help in any way. Even though I’m satisfied with the items I’d never risk buying from them as terrible communication and tracking service which is all over the place and not accurate at all!

Absolute con artists at their best work! Ordered the grass seed, over a month ago..several emails sent with no reply other than to say it had been dispatched from abroad and would be here when it here!! With I’d read these reviews before buying! I’ve raised it with PayPal to get a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I ordered some grass seed that you mix with a green dye I’ve been waiting weeks and it hasn’t turned up. After reading the other reviews l will never order from them again!!!

Like other reviewers I am only leaving one star as there’s not an option for zero. At 12 May I have not received my order placed on 4 April. Sent 3 chaser emails before I got a response that’s it’s “on it’s way” & no, they won’t give me a refund. I emailed them back that at least I learnt a lesson never to use them again - not that will bother them..... AVOID at all costs!

Scammers !! Their telephone number is a scam too, it does not exist and they never reply their emails. Checking on different web search opinions this Company has done the same to many other people and never shipped any goods. Please someone should do something to stop this kind of false Companies to advertise their Goods online and Scam people as they do. Absolutely disgusting.

Zero stars is too good for Shockcart!!! Real scammers and still blatantly allowed to advertise their goods and STEAL people’s money! They stole £30 from me for a Brushcutter garden equipment ordered a week ago (wish I’d read the reviews beforehand). No reply to several follow up emails asking where my item is? Please stay well clear from these downright thieves DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AND REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS IMMEDIATELY AS I WILL BE!!

Please please do not buy from this company. I ordered a liquid solution for the eyes, it came 2 months later and then to make matters worse i woke up with my vision really blury. I looked into the bottle and saw a black color, i decided to sqiurt the solution on a piece of paper and was shocked to see the solution was molded. They said it would take months for a refund and said they send a new solution....they are not quick to email back and show no care.

Order Nano tape 2x5 m after a month received 2x1 m. Have emailed but yeah you guessed it - no reply.
Have asked paypal to help.

i ordered from this site as they were one of the few companies showing what i wanted was in stock and i paid extra because of this. i was emailed to say my order will ship in 2-3 days and I would get an email to let me know its on its way. This email has not been received so i guess it is not on its way. Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order - as someone else has said. Lesson Learned. I have emailed the company for more information but am not holding my breath

Waiting on goods arriving that have been ordered 26.4.20. Phone line dead, emails bounce back. I'm now in contact with my bank regarding a refund.

This is an utter scam site, false telephone number, non existent support email address and on top of that the monies paid goes to the Netherlands NL plus there is an American connection. Please tell me how the media like Google and FaceBook allow crooks to steal our money.

Dreadful! Item never came, no emails ever answered, had to go through PayPal to be refunded, case went in my favour luckily. Do not tough with a bargepole!!!

Can't understand previous reviews..have ordered several times, and product arrives promptly and in good order. Have just reordered so hope I'm not disappointed...

Do not buy anything from here..being waiting for my order over a month, tried to call customer services it says number doesn’t exist, tried to truck my order , no records found ..so please don’t use this website
