Would I fcuk ever buy from these again! Nothing but bulls41t! We have waited for our product for 2 months,
We email them and the response is "it will be a few days we will check with the couriers"
It finally arrived with half of the product missing!
Please please please do not use these.

So finally after a wait of over a month for delivery (which I can sympathize with due to current situation) I have finally got my order. However all is not what as expected from your advert. It seems I have waited over a month for 2 plastic containers with shower heads!! Not much good without the chemical that is needed to treat the grass. Honestly, what a waste of time. I have been reading reviews about your company over the past couple of weeks and had thought from everyone else's experience that my order was never going to show up and the Shockcart company is simply a scam website. Today the hope that you have me once my order arrived was a wonderful surprise conceding the depressing news we hear everyday. In literally seconds of joy you manage to create even more disappointment than me not getting the parcel in the first place what a waste of my money! I'm going to attempt to send this back to you for a full refund but I have so little faith in you as a company that my money has most likely already been spent and I'll have nothing. Seriously you should just change the name to "Shocking". Utter rubbish.

After I placed my order I checked the reviews and they were awful which made me really nervous. However, the product arrived, was as described as although it took longer than I thought it was still within the 20days quoted at time of order. The tracking provides the Royal Mail number after 7 days so I could keep an eye on where it was. Also when I made contact which Shockcart which I did 3 times they replied back within hours. Thanks

This is just a middle man and have no UK stock. They appear to be UK based but they pass your order on to some low rated chinese companies and take their cut. Some.people get their order and others dont and this middle man dont care about it. Dont order this is clear fraudulent site.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Read all the reviews ...all of the are right. It is a scam. I have contacted the police, the internet fraud department and they are investigating this so called company. They are in trouble big times. Good luck you scamers, your website and company soon will be shut. You will pay for all the scams. NEVER AGAIN. Shame on you ! I will make sure that you will be shamed all over the internet. This time you have messed with the wrong people.

I don’t understand all this negative reviews... I placed an oder beginning of May. I received my items promptly and the items were exactly as described on the website. The only thing though: if you go onto their link for frequently asked questions the site seem not to exist??? However: I received a good service. I feel sorry for the people who had a different experience

I have previously written a review regarding this company some time ago and like many of you have ordered goods which you have not received or have been refunded the cash you paid. I purchased 2 pairs of sandals on 1st February and after approximately 20/30 emails back and forth with the promise of the goods are on their way but no mention of a refund as I requested , I am still waiting for either my goods or an answer to my request of a refund.
There must be something which should be done about these companies as they are fraudulently trading and are not fulfilling a contract that we have had with them. If anyone knows where we can place our complaints please let me know. Although it is not a fortune you loose but the fact that it happens to so many is out of order.

I would never buy from them again! I bought a pair of so called ' bunion correction' sandals which were a bad fit and made from cheap plastic.When I asked for a returns address to send them back and get a refund they refused .Any other trustworthy company accepts a return of an item which does not fit you and refund it.So please be warned,do not buy from them!!

I’m not saying use them, but I was about to ring my bank this morning to sort a refund out and write this review..and all of a sudden my parcel turned up!! I had Coronavirus (positive test) last month and desperately needed a oxygen finger reader. So I ordered one..anyway that was almost a month ago!! I thought I’d been scammed but here it is... I don’t know if I can post a photo as proof? I’m actually shocked it’s arrived especially after others reviews..obviously very delayed. Maybe give them a bit of extra delivery time before making a judgement?

Have received item I ordered in april eventually. When I say received the box it came in was open and bashed. Obviously the clue is in the name of this company.

Do not buy from this company. After 3 weeks of no communication I emailed to ask when my item would be delivered, was told to be patient, so waited a further week, and was told to be patient again. I have since asked for a refund and received no communication from the company, other than daily marketing emails. The telephone number on their website is also invalid!

Having ordered a item and then tried to email them and getting no reply, Email
Returned not delivered.
I then read the reviews on this site and was coming to terms I would not receive the item.
But 12 days after ordering it arrived so with Coronavirus this was not a bad delivery time and I am very pleased with my order
So I’m pleased I didn’t read the reviews first it would have put me off and I would have missed out on a good buy

Absolute scam - as the other reviews say (i wish i had looked first!) Total and utter BS - take the money and don't have the goods - telephone number is a hoax, no address and the reply is a stock we'll get back to you - I will be looking at reviewing on instagram, eBay and everywhere else - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I can only say the same as people have been saying before me. This site is an absolute scam, DO NOT USE to order anything!
I have ordered a Nespresso reusable capsule from them at the end of April, I still haven't received it and the tracking number they have given me doesn't work.
I contacted them via email to see what was going on and they responded that they appreciated my patience and they're experiencing a delay. I was a bit suspicious by then, but I didn't think much of it. I have attempted to contact them for a refund multiple times since then, they didn't come back to me at all. I have also tried phoning the number on the website, but it is a fake number. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and do not use!
