If there was a zero then that is what they would get. Order took 4 weeks to arrive from CHINA even though they claim to be UK based. When it arrived it was the wrong colour. Then they argued with me about it being the RIGHT colour lol. Requested a refund and they have now stopped replying to emails.Will never order from them again. disgusting company with disgusting customer service.Just stay clear of them.!!

This company is really bad. I bought a product from them which took over 6 weeks to be delivered from China. The knock-off paint brushes were cheap quality and more expensive than the real product which I managed to buy from Argos. AVOID!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought from this company. Not only was the delivery slow but the product I received simply did not do what it was supposed to do. It looked ok but mine just didn't work. The company did not accept this and give a refund.

I bought their Fingertip Pulse Oximeter and although it looked like others I saw on line and was mid priced so I thought I would be safe to buy, it simply did not work. I found that the instructions were not in understandable English and the cover case, shown in the ad, was not included. The screen only functioned for a few seconds and then went blank without taking a reading.
I sent photos of the product and tried to send video of it failing to work and cutting out before a measurement was taken and shown on screen.
New batteries and persistence only gained two readings out of over 50 attempts. The company continued to say it was fine and no refund could be given.
In my experience this is over £30 of poor quality non functioning equipment.I can not recommend this equipment or company to anyone as my experience has been terrible.

After waiting two months for my items I am still yet to receive. They are continuously sending me a tracking link and saying I will receive my items in 6 days however the tracking link says items are in Hong Kong. Absolute joke of a company! Avoid at all costs please.

this company is an absolute sham DO NOT TOUCH THEM. I have been informed numerous times that my order is on its way. To check the checking system every few days What checking system there is, is incomprehensible, and it states the item has been sucessfully delivered to the addressee. IT HAS NOT I have emailed this disgusting company about this to be told I have to contact the carrier I have no idea who the carrier is as there is no mention of them I am taking this up now with my Credit Card Company and the law under the Sale of Goods Act

Luckily I hadn’t read the reviews before I ordered otherwise I definitely wouldn’t have ordered. I had absolutely no problem with this company and my goods arrived within the allotted time despite the Covid disruptions.

Do not order from this company I've had nothing but problems and now they won't even reply to my emails and issue a refund like I've requested.
Absolutely zero customer service

Waited a month for sandals that when they arrived were faulty. They won't refund or replace. Supposed to be bunyon sandals but seen them On other websites as just sandals. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DON'T RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY.

Should be zero stars they are are scam company. Waited 2 months for grass repair kit that finally arrived with no grass seed just a bottle of something green.
It is obviously a ripoff of the original product as looking at their videos the adaptive comes in a powder form. God only knows what they have shipped to me.

Absolutely terrible service waited 6 weeks for delivery and then sent the wrong size bed for my dog when I ordered an extra large bed for labrador . They are a scam company DO NOT USE

I am only giving 1 star because the system doesn't allow a zero!
I ordered my item over a month ago. No sign yet. I emailed them, but the system came back telling me it couldn't deliver. I got a routine update email after 3 weeks, saying the item had been dispatched (from China1) with a Royal Mail tracking number that doesn't work

How is this company even be allowed to sell anything. They should be struck off all websites. I aggree NEVER EVER USE THEM. PAY PAL IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN FAVOUR OF THE BUYER. NOT IN MY CASE.
