Finally got the chance
Finally got the chance, about 2weeks after being delivered, to put all 4 Bilstein 5100 shocks on. Definitely a better ride than the 2020 Rancho shocks it came with from factory but time will tell if I like them down the road and the install went without any issues cause of the proper fitment check by Shock Surplus to make sure the parts were correct for my vehicle

Let’s just say it was a nightmare…
Let’s just say it was a nightmare ordering from this company. I ordered 3 things from them. A set of shocks, a steering stabilizer and a tire plug kit. They shipped the shocks with a tracking number and never gave a tracking number for the other 2. I thought maybe they will all show up together. When the shocks were delivered the other 2 were not with them so I contacted shock surplus and they never even shipped the other 2 and this was a week+ later. I than got 2 different tracking numbers for the stabilizer and tire plug kit. So I was all right sweet. That being said I am on wildfire and not home and was planning to have all the parts so I can install them on my 2 days off so I can make it back. My wife told me I got another big box delivered from shock surplus the weird thing was it only said the tire plug kit was delivered so I had my wife open it and they sent me some parts for a duramax that had the tracking number for the plug kit. So I called them and straightened that out. They then proceeded to send the tire plug kit to a completely different address that I had to pay ups $15 to change at the last minute. Shock surplus refunded me the $15. Now to the steering stabilizer. So both the first 2 packages were delivered without a signiture and all the sudden the stabilizer needed one and my wife wasn’t home at the time so they shipped the stabilizer to a ups store 30 minutes from my house and my wife had to go pick it up. So yeah I most likely will never deal with shock surplus again unless I absolutely have to.

We completely understand that you were trying to coordinate the delivery around a very limited amount of time at home, and the missing shipments, incorrect parts, address issue, and signature requirement made that much more difficult than it should have been.
Your order clearly did not go as smoothly as we expect. While our team worked to correct each issue as it came up, including providing updated tracking information and reimbursing the $15 UPS address change fee, we recognize that you should not have had to make multiple calls or spend additional time getting everything sorted out.
We're glad we were ultimately able to get the items to you and reimburse the additional shipping expense, but we recognize that the overall experience fell well short of expectations. We appreciate your patience throughout the process and your detailed feedback, as it helps us identify where our fulfillment and communication processes need improvement.

I bought the fully assembled shocks…
I bought the fully assembled shocks because I don’t own a spring compressor. Well at least I didn’t, one of the front shocks wasn’t aligned properly so I had to borrow my neighbors car and go to a parts store and buy a spring compressor. Other than that the shocks ride great once I fixed the mount bolt alignment. If I wouldn’t have had to do any work on that I would have gave them 5 stars, but I spent extra money just to do the work myself.

We do want to clarify that your refund was processed on August 13. Once a refund is submitted on our end, the time it takes to appear back in your account can vary depending on your payment method and financial institution, especially with international transactions.

Ordered front and rear shock and struts. Took everything off and then noticed they sent me 2 driver side ones. Took awhile to receive so I a bit of waste of time. Had to find it locally which had no luck with. Ordered from summit racing and got here 4 days faster

After reviewing the order, it was placed on June 1, and we show the final part was delivered on August 19. Unfortunately, the remaining shock was affected by a manufacturer backorder. While we work closely with our manufacturers to provide the most accurate availability and estimated timelines possible, manufacturer backorders and delays are outside of our direct control.
We’re glad the complete order was ultimately delivered and appreciate your patience while we waited for the remaining part to become available.
06 F-250 super duty original shocks…
06 F-250 super duty original shocks finally gave up the ghost. Did a little research and decided on these. I have such a smooth ride now. Hit a pothole and you barely notice it. I will be adding bilstein to my other vehicles before the originals wear out this time
