The lock on one of our Anglian windows failed and we couldn't open, close or lock the window. We thought this would be costly to fix but instead a replacement handle was only £10.36, arrived in 7 days, and was easy for us to fit ourselves.

Speedy delivery but incorrect handles sent, could not get replacement and have had to reorder at my expense. Not very content with that outcome, customer service blamed me?!?!?

Wrong keys
Wrong keys, I took the advice of your customer care line, when call for the guarantees, they assured me only one key, the keys, I ordered 4 keys. None, fit the windows, I gave all the information, and guarantee card. So excited when finally, keys arrived in the post, but they did not fit.
