Pimoroni Reviews

The checkout process was super easy. Also while buying the E-ink display I wanted they showed me relevant products that I always wanted to get. So the whole process was just real nice and smooth. Also the shipping is fast too.

Character and products available already elevate the company above the rest, but the customer support puts the cherry on top.

Excellent service. Items delivered in a timely fashion

I was able to use MicroPython and Thonny to port about 150 Bible verses to my Tufty 2040. I coded up my name in green at the top, then a green line underneath, then my choice of Bible verse in yellow. Very pretty!

I was in the middle of a project and discovered that I needed some components to see it through to completion.
Pimoroni saved the day and I received the parts to complete the build really quickly and I made my day.

Pimoroni always have a great stock of products and I love to support them by pick up their own branded items when possible.

Super quick and easy delivery, fair prices and great services. Can’t fault it at all!

For anyone interested in Raspberry Pi Pico, Pimoroni has an impressive range of high quality products some of which are made by them in the UK. The website is easy to use and orders are generally delivered next day. Customer service is good as a recent email enquiry got a response the same day.
Great company to do business with

This seller is very good. The shipment is fast, and the products are serious and working. This is a huge difference.

So far so good for the moment.
Let's see when the item finally arrives home.

I must have spent thousands here over the years and it’s always been great. Fast reliable delivery, goods are well packed and top quality!

I have ordered one of your cases from another site and it seems that it was packaged with the wrong set of bolts and nuts by you. I contacted you and Rico answered me just telling that I will receive a new set that fits my case. Just the perfect customer service. Thank you so much

Good website with easy to find parts, compatible units often bundled together. In my case TinyPico V3 and LCD shield. Order was received next working day. Could not ask for better service.

I have ordered a few "smart home" items (mostly Sonoff) from this wee shop, and it was always delivered quickly and with visible care. I have not (yet) ordered any of the custom boards and whatnot, but knowing I have the option and seeing the care that went into sending wee boxes I am much more open to experiment with the other products they have on offer.

I have used Pimoroni over a number of years on and off. Iike the variety they offer, their descriptions, their innovative approach. I have always had prompt reliable delivery. I recommend them to any hobbyist looking for something they need/require for their latest project/build.

Love this company.
Good quality products for the Raspberry pi with fast order shipment.

Super fast delivery, great customer support.

I was unfortunate enough to have to order from BE. Pimoroni sent a package which was 'lost' by Belgian customs. Nothing they could do about that... Nevertheless Pimoroni was kind enough to send a replacement. Their customer service was responsive, helpful, understanding and very friendly. Their products are great as well.

I almost never do reviews. But Pimoroni has been outstanding in helping diagnose a fault and arranging replacement of a board. A rarity with computer hardware, where most suppliers' position is nearly always "not my problem" or suspicion of user incompetence. Great company.

Though my order may have been small compared to many I very much appreciate how quickly it was delivered and the quality of the product itself. Will definitely be back for more and must recommend to everyone. Thank you Pimoroni :)
