Overall very happy. Ordering was easy , delivery was prompt . Fitted my bed perfectly. Was slightly thinner than expected but certainly still gave me a better night’s sleep overall very positive about product.

Don’t reply or resolve issues and ignore you
Follow on from my previous review once again incompetence as they requested email but no reply or to put this right. I’m going to avoid this company and very disappointing by their lack of customer service!!! Avoid their products definitely not worth the price and are extremely poor quality.

Painfully slow delivery, even worse on returns
Ordered pillows for our new bed, they stated “delivery within 2-3 days”. After 4 days they still hadn’t sent the items, so I contacted to cancel. I bought from a more reliable seller who delivered the very next day. Unfortunately, it took multiple days to get a reply, the reply was “I see it’s delivered now” that’s it. So I’m still awaiting a way to return, it’s now been 4 days since I asked again for a return label.

Really uncomfortable mattress
We bought the Silentnight Memory Pocket 1400 Mattress but it’s turned out to be an incredibly uncomfortable mattress, both my partner and I wake up with really really bad backaches…. Quite upset we purchased it. Update: it’s been two weeks and they never reached out to me
