I have not received the item yet as…
I have not received the item yet as Royal Mail will not leave it with the neighbour. It is signed for delivery because of what the item is, as I work I'm not at home during the week to take delivery. So I do not have it yet, weekend hopefuly.
I wish sellers gave customers the choice of couriers for delivery. I would not pick Royal Mail ever. Abysmal service.

Hi,
We’re sorry for the inconvenience with your delivery. We understand how frustrating it can be when you’re not available during the week. If you download the Royal Mail app, you may be able to change your delivery options to a date that suits you better.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding courier choice and will share this with the relevant team.

The delivery was very poor
The delivery was very poor, perhaps they should look at using another firm. The item spent two days in a holding hub rather than being delivered. On a positive note pleased with the items
