Next day delivery quoted was actually working days, in my case 4 days.
Iron was damaged on arrival. Collection was earliest three days, which clashed with a doctor’s appointment : they don’t do weekends, so that meant another three days. They wouldn’t deliver a replacement until they’d collected the damaged item and checked it, even though I had phoned immediately and sent photographic proof. They are quoting 7 (working)days after collection for a replacement. That would be 18 days after I first placed the order. To make matters worse, I will be away that day so have asked them to make the delivery the next day, but they haven’t responded to 2 emails I’ve sent (on their link) asking for confirmation. Awful service and communication for a large company.
Update; having waited all day, the collection has not taken place (DPD’s fault), so the experience has got even worse; and still no reply to my email from Tefal

Regarding functionality, steaming stubborn creaes is ok but need to manage expectations as it would never beat a good iron! Sanitising and refreshing clothes working well so far.

Customer service? I think not.
Honestly, stainless steel knife? Arrive with rust on the handle - then tefal thought it was right to get me to return that knife in order to receive a replacement? I would rather receive a replacement and then return the faulty product. They were not willing to do this so I’ve returned the whole block of knives. Very unhappy with their customer service.

Excellent addition to my kitchen.
I ordered my ceramic hob at 3pm and it was here by 10.30 the next day. £69 phenomenal value for money and it’s a brilliant addition to my kitchen. It will save me a fortune on gas as I cook every day.
I’m so impressed with the heat control of the hob and what I’m able to cook on it. Check out Theo Randall the chef at the Intercontinental Hotel Park Lane London. He has some great Italian recipes that are all cooked on a ceramic hob. I love it.
