The iron I purchased is amazing and would give 5 stars, however my iron broke and I needed an iron quickly and you offered delivery within 48 hours. I ordered on a Friday so I excluded the weekend and therefore expected the product by the Tuesday and didn’t receive until the Thursday. Did not exceed my expectations so I deducted 1 star and you did not deliver within 48hours as promised, so i deducted another star but 5 star for the product.

A great addition to my kitchen
Really happy with my new Tefal pots and pans! Ordering was easy and they arrived really quickly. I love how neatly they stack, which has made such a difference to keeping my cupboard tidy.
The handles are really easy to put on and take off, and I love the convenience of being able to use the pots on the hob and then transfer them straight into the oven. They’re practical, easy to use and look great too. Would definitely recommend!

I am really pleased with the product, it does just as advertised.
The delivery could have been much better; notification of journey of the item and projected delivery time, but with available options of where to leave if not in.

So the 2 day delivery was nearly 2 weeks yodel lost the first set of pans but eventually got a good customer service staff member and got the problem sorted great pans

I placed my order more than a week ago and have not yet received it . Your communication is terrible with Zero communication from your delivery partner as well ! Your timeline says 2-5 days and it’s been 10 days
