Ordered an iron on the 28th September…
Ordered an iron on the 28th September still not received it apparently the courier couldn't find us so I rang Tefal to ask for some information was told by 1 person that another was to be sent out still have nothing and then someone else said we have to wait for the original one to be received by them before another one can be sent out I find that quite ridiculous

I had the single eversharp knives and…
I had the single eversharp knives and wanted the block set so had the other knives so can do meat and vegetables so i didnt need to keep cleaning knives because of cross contamination these knives are extremely sharp so be careful the service i got from when placed order to delivery was just over 96 hours so was all good and came in perfect condition thank tefal second time ive used tefal no complaints would highly recommended evversharp knives block to anyone who enjoys cooking 🧑🍳

I haven’t received my air fryer .I have…
I haven’t received my air fryer .I have contacted Customer Service twice and so far not had a response . I have also rung in two different devices and the calm put through has failed
An order placed on 25/09 with the promise of delivery in 2 to 3 days and still not received by 6/10 is unacceptable
I have waited all day still nobody has been in touch .I note Tefal appointed a new CEO on 1st Oct he has an awful lot of work to do ! .Makes me wonder if this company is viable
Update after no callback I finally got through to Customer Service .They know it's not been delivered but have filed a report with Inpost their delivery company to see what's happening and expect me to just wait for however long it takes, They refuse to supply me with a replacement or refund .Oh and it takes 48 hours before a Manager can call me back ,2\3 days delivery a joke !!

Tefal Stainless Steel Saucepan – Disappointing Performance
I bought these Tefal stainless steel saucepans after being convinced by the advertising and product description, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing.
When I first used the saucepan on my induction hob to boil milk, it took quite a long time to heat up, and the milk ended up burning and sticking to the bottom of the pan. I had to soak the pan for several hours and then scrub it quite hard to remove the burnt residue.
I also tried using the saucepan to boil pasta. I expected it to perform reasonably well, but the pasta stuck to the bottom of the pan, leaving another layer of residue that required a lot of scrubbing to remove.
Perhaps I was expecting too much because I am used to good-quality non-stick pans, but I found these stainless steel saucepans very difficult to use and clean compared with the non-stick pans I normally use.
Overall, I am not happy with these Tefal stainless steel saucepans. The advertising and description gave me the impression that they would be easy to use and suitable for everyday cooking, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I would not recommend them to someone looking for the convenience and easy cleaning of a non-stick saucepan.

They haven't returned my item
I ordered a Tefal soup maker via Amazon and it stopped working after using it a handful of times. (Soup making option, the machine stopped heating up)
After sending it for a repair, I received an email saying they found no fault and they are returning it to my address, delivery can take 1-2 working days.
It was more than 3 weeks ago, i emailed them asking them about the whereabouts of the soup maker and no response.

The pans are a nightmare
The pans are a nightmare. Turn hob down to 4 but pans burn. If I turn it down any lower nothing cooks. Would not recommend.

Fantastic Pans
Have used regal Ingenio for many years . Originally for the pan space having the handles separate as well as the quality and efficiency. I would not have any other pans now . The £99 13 piece was a bargain and a great addition to my set .
