My appliance is only around two months…
My appliance is only around two months old, yet it has already developed a fault serious enough that it had to be sent away for repair. Tefal has now had the appliance for almost a month, and instead of replacing what is practically a brand-new product, I have been informed that they are waiting for a replacement part.
I find this completely unacceptable. I did not purchase a new Tefal appliance expecting it to require replacement parts after only two months of normal use.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I am now without the appliance while waiting for Tefal to repair a product that should never have failed this quickly in the first place.

Poor service
Made an order on the website, number #ITSN000003907. 5 business days later the order was cancelled "due to stock availability". So it took 5 days to figure out they actually don't have the items they sold and they don't plan to restock them in a short term. And that's official site of the manufacturer. Poor experience.

Disappointing!
Bought 2 frying pans with the 'non stick' hex pattern, not cheap, but i figured i would invest in good quality?
Well eggs and fish seem to weld themselves to this surface! I look after them as well, seeing as they dont recommend putting in dish washer. Really disappointing! Back to using the cheap rubbish for me!

This in the second iron of the same type I have bought first from Amazon that went back now I will have to return this one it's leaking water all the time when you iron the clothes all get wet it's awful for £200 I expect better

Where's our replacement iron?
The iron arrived in a timely manner but the water reservoir was broken. The faulty iron was collected on Monday 28 September but we still don't have any news of when a replacement will be sent. The ironing pile is mounting!
