Delivery was quick & quality
Delivery was quick, good quality, out with the old pots etc. and in with the reliable. Moved away from Tefal but realised that Tefal do last longer than others.

I ordered an iron and pans were delivered. When I reached out to tefal that said the courier would come pick up the pans but the iron would not be dispatched until the pans had been collected, leading to me having to wait even longer for the product I ordered. Disgraceful customer service and support.
