The stitching came apart on the top of the leather. Boots were worn 6 months, they asked for irrelevant photo of soles. When they could see the lettering had not even worn off the heal they hid behind no proof of purchase and you bought them from a third party, they supplied said third party and what does that have to do with manufacture?
Its clear they have a manufacturing fault as they have stuck a rivet there instead of improving the stitching. Thats really the right move on safety boots, where a heavy item dropped could push the rivet into the foot! Poor manufacturing and remedy.
A company that does not back its product!

Ordered some work boots which where to large, I am 65 and have always taken a size 11 with no issues all my life, ( from 14 years old ) fine, thought I would get a 10 but was completely shocked to discover I have to pay for return, cheapest Royal Mail £9.19, so with the cost to send these boots have cost me £14.18, for a pair of ill fitting boots, never do that again, no mention of charge on delivery returns instructions, hidden in term and conditions, thanks

Delivered to the wrong address
I bought some CAT trousers and they sent them to a random address in London, I called them and explained that I was all the way in Manchester but the girls on the phone said that there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for a manager however I don't think they put me to one, this was the number I called: 01452886225.
