slow to refund returned items and reply to emails. boots are in my opinion and experience overpriced and poor quality
bought a pair of Mae boots from a different seller which had a fault in the lining of the boot making it unwearable - reviews on website reported same fault
Assumed because they were cheap they were seconds
Ordered same boots from Cat themselves - same fault
still no refund - despite goods being received back by merchant and emails explaining such
still no refund (and no response) despite emails to management and customer service

Most comfortable work boots
Easy to order, boots fit to size and delivered promptly. Honestly the boots themselves so far have been the comfiest I have worn from new! Hope durability is as good as advertised..
