Most Branded Name sold here are fake,
And the product they sold that ship from CN are of very low quality and substandard, Becareful of what are you are ordering, most product does not have iso standard

This shopping website seems scare sellers more than providing a good service to buyers. I bought a product from a seller on shopee. I returned a product when I have just received the product less than 30 mins, but I couldn’t due to weird policies. Really? When clients are not happy and satisfy with the goods, buyers should be returned and refund anyway. I escalated the issue to customer services for more details, but they couldn’t support me for product returning. Wow…Shopee, you can stand right now when other shopping website do not grow well yet, however you WILL NOT keep these customers like me in the future if your service scare sellers and do not support clients.

Comprava somente em outra plataforma de e-commerce. Mas depois que comprei mais de uma vez na Shopee, abandonei a outra plataforma, e agora só compro pela Shopee.
Pra não pagar imposto abusivo ue o governo cobra, compro dos vendedores que ja possuem os produtos aqui no Brasil.

This photo is our intellectual property and was copyrighted on Etsy. This use of our photo is unlawful. Our shop member is the model and owner is the photographer. Please do not support businesses that target and exploit small, independent shops stealing their hard work to skip the steps it takes to supply product photography. We design, make, market, photograph, package and ship every single order in our shop. Do not support undercutters, mass production and drop shipping through the use of stolen marketing materials.

Me robaron en esta plataforma porque no recibí ni la información ni el producto.

Pésimo servicio, demora una barbaridad la entrega, caído el seguimiento siempre. Realmente un fiasco!

lo peor que puede haber, venden productos falsificados y de mala calidad despues vas hacer el reclamo y te dicen que tienes que poner mas pruebas las pones y te dicen que no se pudo procesar el reembolso, siempre salen ganando ellos, venden cosas como originales o como de buena calidad de los pones una vez se rompen o se quiebran y los productos de belleza fatales te irritan toda la piel, incluso venden tratamiento dabalash como original y solo lo rellenan con agua y ni siquiera limpia.

Yo acabo de comprar por la página modacoleatare/shop y me enviaron un mensaje de que di mal mi dirección y que el pedido se devolvió a su remitente, me cobraron más de lo que salía en mi boleta y no puedo comunicarme con nadie para ver la devolución de mi dinero.

Finally I called Shopee CEO ant tomorrow my lawyers going to their office. I think such companies must not work here. Everything was ruined by stupid local staff

No compren tecnología, las usb y otras unidades de almacenamiento estan alteradas para decir que tienen más almacenamiento cuando ni tienen una decima parte.

Había pedido cosas increíbles y super bien pero últimamente aduana de México esta bien mamonas y no deja pasar paquetes no se si por que se los queden los empleados o que pero shopee si reembolsa eo dinero solo que pues 1 mes ahí atorado

Empecé comprando fuerzas cantidades de ropa y artículos todo iba muy bien en cuanto a calidad y precio y tiempos de entrega de pronto empezó a bajar la calidad de pronto los pedidos se me cancelaban de pronto me marcaban los pedidos como entregados y no lo recibía tengo 6 meses esperando reembolso de más de $5000 mexicanos no compren el chope van a terminar defraudándolos los productos que publican no tiene nada que ver con los que te llegan te Cancela El vendedor cuando quiere y el reembolso nunca te lo dan y no tienes a quién reclamarle también la empresa que se encarga de entregarlos los marca como entregados cuando no lo recibiste y no puedes hacer un reclamo en cuanto a esto mi experiencia malísima mi recomendación no la uses

Hice 3 compras, la primera un peluche para mi hijo donde el tamaño decía 25 cm y es por ahí de 16 cm, segundo unos tenis vans para mi hijo los pedí talla 32 y son demaciado pequeños y no fue el color q pedí y tercero una vara de pescar que según llegaba el 22 de febrero y está es la hora q no ha llegado y me piden q califique el producto como si ya hubiera llegado.

Buenas tardes. realice una compra el día 8 de febrero 2024 de un aparato que necesitaba mi mami para escuchar pague el día 9 de febrero,recibo notificación de mi pago en la pagina exitoso y para el día 14 de febrero me dicen que se cancelo por falta de pago la verdad junte para el aparato de mi mami no fue un peso y ahora nadie me responde según que en 24 horas no hay nadie que de la cara que lastima.

Super slow delivery. Useless customer service. Inaccurate tracking. Inconsistent pricing and misleading product descriptions. Scammers are everywhere, free roaming around like flies on a pile of brown matter. And Shopee hasn't shown even the slightest effort to purge these bugos sellers.

Shopee insisted that an item I have ordered was delivered despite me telling them that I was in all the time. They just produced a photo of a package with an address which I told them was the wrong address. Even then, they refused to issue a refund because the seller insisted that they had delivered, regardless of being to the wrong address. They could not even produce a photo of the house number on my front door (which at least would showed that the deliverer had been to the correct address). I have now banned myself from ordering anything from Shopee.

My items was shown as delivered but I did not receive anything. I tried to contact CS team NUMEROUS times but all I get was auto reply OR they are checking and will get back in 48H and no updates from them until I have to reach out again. Their live chat always do not have available agents. I am still waiting for an update on my inquiry.
