DO NOT make any purchase or sell on shopee

I only registered for one day and got BANNED for the next day just because I submitted a message asking if the Kids' DVD cartoon speaks Mandarin (from another Mandarin country)

I have also NOTICED that shopee will insist on binding your account with your mobile phone. It forces buyers to install App on their mobile. WHY??? Proper online selling platforms ARE NOT supposed to monitor or spy on one's privacy.

From my understanding, reliable platforms such as eBay or others will not force you to use their mobile App. It's confirmed, that if you are going to delete an account, you are required to use Shopee Mobile Apps to do it............(One CAN NOT do it from a computer)

Muy buena pagina para hacer compras, muy precisos con el tiempo de envío, incluso en ocasiones los pedidos llegan mucho antes y en buen estado, de seguro es una pagina que recomendaría.

Son estafadores no responden por las garantías te pide miles de pruebas cada una distinta y siempre le dan el favor a la empresa y no al comprador NO COMPREN MAS

He comprado en varias oportunidades y siempre han llegado mis productos en buen estado ,la guía es confiable. Los productos se han demorado entre 20 a 30 días .por ahora no he tenido ningún problema con ellos.

Shopee is a decent shopping platform for consumers. They provide many new-user benefits like vouchers and have a coin system which gives you very great deals on certain items. 4-star as sellers may face some difficulties when listing products as they wrongly ban you of fake product. Generally quite good for a shopping website or app.

Shopee has been my go-to online store since it offers almost everything I need. It's just that there are changes happening recently when you can't use two vouchers anymore. What I love with Shopee is they have a mode of payment like GCash, Cash on Delivery. Debit card has been so reliable and hassle free. What captivates me with Shopee is their good items. And it's not hard to find good and trusted products. I have been ordering through shopee and liked their Items displayed there.

Son estafadores no responden por las garantías te pide miles de pruebas cada una distinta pero nunca responden, en Colombia ya no tiene oficina por eso es más fácil estafar estando en otro país compre y me respondieron hasta que hoy me robaron.

Muy buena experiencia, los pedidos llegan antes de lo indicado, y su soporte es bastante bueno a mi parecer. Las personas que realizan pedidos pero se les cancela no lo comprendo, siempre los vendedores en esos casos suelen comunicarse con los compradores para devolución o cambio de producto. Soy de Chile.

Deplorable service, most of the stuff you get is second-hand or someone else returned item.

this is valid for shopee.ph, it´s gotten very bad. delivery times are beyond good and bad. Immediately after the order is placed, the item is declared as "packaged" and it is then no longer possible to cancel. a week after the "packaging" then the message that the item is on the Ninja truck. It is best to check payment on delivery because some things may never arrive. my friend paid in advance and nothing ever arrived. it's not possible to contact shopee directly, i couldn't find an email address on the website... i just ordered a chainsaw with lazada, let's see, maybe just lazada soon. I deleted the shopee account
