My name is rushikesh and I got 3+2 Roma brown leather sofa for half of the price the seller showed me kindness and he helped me to get it in the Christmas time and with free delivery and even with sofa assembly they are really nice I will buy more furniture with heavenly sleep.

Anyone who is reading my review think before purchasing furniture with a reasonable price then check with heavenly sleep.

The driver is very friendly Luke he really helped to fix sofa and he is very good guy

Excellent company, cossy and quality sofas. The company kept me updated on a day delay in delivery due to vehicle breaking down and gridlock.
The two delivery guys are angels in human form, when they arrived, there first met me to apologise first before offloading the sofas, i forgot to ask of their names.
I bought a set of Hanson light grey leather sofa.
Nothing short of 5 star rating.

Placed an order for a couple of flat packed sofas. Company processed the order quickly and delivery was received a few days later!

They were very helpful and apologised for the previous issues I encountered with heavenly sleep

I really wish I could add a photo to this review cos boy are they truly amazing.. my mom ordered a leather corner couch and arm chair and I fall in love wit hers.. so she told me about this shop she highly recommended them. I went online and fall in love with a couch myself and boy they did not disappoint. We have a dark grey leather electric corner couch and a leather foot stool and I am obesseddd.... they are so bloody beautiful comfortable stylish. I'm so happy.. the staff are absolutely fabulous to deal with. I had the pleasure of dealing with the owner bash, and 2 fabulous delivery drivers who couldn't do enough for us. Aiden and luke they really went above and beyond when they delivered our items they were incredibly helpful. And so friendly I had a great chat with both and they had me laughing. They even carried my couch to where I wanted it so they would scratch my wooden floors and took all the rubbish away I recommend putting in for rubbish to be taken away and for ur old couch to b taken aswell of needed and for couch assembly becuase it was such hassle free done within 10mins or less and I was left with my brand new couch happy as anything. I highly highly recommend heavenly sleep and I will return to purchase more in the further..

There was an issue upon opening one of the boxes containing our sofa, but they went out of their way to resolve the error and we're delighted with our purchase. Really comfortable with great support. I've never had to assemble my own sofa before, so that was a new one on me, but it went together easy.

10/10 service, ordered a heavenly bed which now gives us heavenly sleeps! The whole service was flawless from ordering with them to the delivery!

Great service and happy with purchase my only niggle not to give a 5 star was my delivery was in the afternoon as I had a phone call the day before but then turned up at 08.50 luckily I was home.

I’m trying to contact customer service since my mams sofa arrived over a week ago.
My mam is 73 sofa arrived & is not suitable & causing her a lot of back pain as it’s hard & uncomfortable.
No response from customer service by phone or email.
Now seeking legal advise.

Terrible customer services.

I had to call and email a zillion times to get things done ( parts damaged in the transport)

There was a mix up in the mattress i was delivered and they made it right without to much fuss. The items were great value and they arrived on time.

Customer service was great ordered a corner suite and was delivered in less than a week, driver was an absolute sweet heart so kind lovely to talk to did all the heavy lifting couldn't fault them at all very happy 😀
