I ordered some gifts on nov 27th still have not received them they will not respond to me, don't order anything from this site

Have had 3 fraudulent transactions charged through Shop Pay on the credit card on file with them. Deleted and locked my card and tried to delete my account, but you can't delete an account that has set up installment payments, which was done on one on the fraudulent transactions. There is NO ONE to help you with anything. DO NOT USE SHOP PAY. It will cost you, and good luck getting it resolved.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. THEY HAVE SO MANY COMPANIES ON THEIR SHOPPING LIST. SO TECHNICALLY THEY PROMOTE THESE COMPANIES BUT WHEN YOU HAVE ISSUES OR COMPLAINTS NO ONE IS TO BE FOUND. EVEN IF DONT WANT TO USE SHOP PAY THEY STILL APPEAR ON CERTAIN PURCHASES. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THEY TELL YOU IS CONTACT THE STORE WHEN THERE ISNT A STORE. THEY GIVE A BOGGUS TRACKING NUMBER. AND THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY. AND DISAPPEAR. AND SHOP PAY IS ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH!!!!

Awful. It's fine if everything goes smoothly, but if you don't receive the item it's impossible to deal with it via Shop Pay and the app is horrible to navigate. I'll go back to using PayPal and I advise everyone else to not touch this shower of sh!te with a barge pole.

Happiest day of my week was finally getting them to delete my account. Spam.

You get signed up for subscriptions unknowingly, you loose your money, they don't want to help.
If these things matter to you, then don't use shop pay

I bought my wife some expensive earring and used the Shop Pay feature to pay over time. It has been nothing but problems. I had it set up for auto pay and “missed” a payment after the first 2-3 went through no problem. Why? No clue. My card and account were fine. I had to start manually entering every payment. Now it keeps declining my card (plenty of money to make the payment) for no reason. I had to delete my card and reenter it just to make a payment. It’s like they want me to miss a payment so they can hit me with fees. I will NEVER use Shop Pay again. Stay away from this feature.

It's very intrusive! You have to install the app to track shipping and then they want access to my email?? No way! This app sucks.

I was on a local farm shops website site. I'd decided to have a browse and put together a full christmas food order with them for collection. They were offering 10% off with a code so I went into my basket and pasted the code, then clicked apply to see if it worked. The next thing I knew Shop Pay had submitted my order even though I wasnt ready to do so, hadn't finished shopping, was planning to change some things in my basket and hadn't entered any details such as my address, card details or email and I definitely hadn't agrees to pay any money. Shop Pay had taken over and autopopulated everything and paid without my consent. I felt violated like I'd been mugged. I called the farm shop and they were very nice about it and refunded me. I'm a great believer in Karma and anyone working for Shop Pay is going to be in for a shock when their kids put them in the worst care home to get them back for being so awful.

I've now deleted my account for Shop Pay for a third time. The second time, I spoke to customer service to make sure all of my personal details were deleted. And then it started again. Emails to an email address that was meant to be deleted. Texts to a phone number that was meant to be deleted. I had to download the app just to delete an account I had previously deleted. This time, I tried the website, I've never come across a more infuriating bot and that is really saying something.

These bastards. Have tried for months to get them to remove my personal info and I KNOW they still have my credit card numbers because they appear when I check out of certain sites. I NEVER USED shop pay but somehow they got my info and they are Impossible to deal with. They only tell me to delete the app, which I DO NOT HAVE. Had to file a complaint with CA Atty General. Why businesses use them is a mystery. They are pariahs

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. My Affirm account was hacked in May 2025 via Shop pay who is connected with Affirm. Since they out source everything the customer service is awful. They do not know anything, nor can either Affirm or Shop Pay solve any problem!!!!!!!

Shocking! No use what so ever. It Refreshed my page as I went to scroll down and made me click on order now. Very annoying

This is by far the worst set up I have ever implemented. Do not use this. 1) They take almost 5% on average. I had 30k ran through there within a short time. The accounts on hold and I can't get a dollar out of the account. Communication is through Shopify with no phone contact. Its an absolute nightmare.

Once again I have been scammed out of my money using shoppay this company should not be allowed to operate I ordered 2 blenders a month ago from a company called snackblend I did not receive my order and the company will not respond to my emails I turned to shoppay and they have completely ignored me both companies are a scam do not use them

I would recommend using another service. Totally misleading, you have to qualify for each purchase and some items, even though Shop Pay says available, are not available through Shop Pay. I absolutely HATE this service, I honestly hope the word spreads on how trash this is and Shop Pay go out of business.

I bought solar outdoor lanai lights and paid Shoppay. When I got the lights had been used before and did not work. I contacted company Solar Lights and they sent a new set of lights that also did not work.i put in a complaint to Shop Pay with attached videos and emails to the company. Neither Shop,Pay or the company refunded my money. I will never use Shop Pay again. I have lights in a box that never worked. PayPal would have refunded my money right away after sending all the confirming documents.

Shop Pay sucks. I recently purchased from Carlyle Nutrition, the payment went through as Shop with MasterCard. I have neither, never have. Carlyle Nutrition ignores the problem and Shop is impossible to get past AI. I just tried to make a purchase some other place and it pops up again, with shop pay. I did contact MasterCard and got live help but the idiot over there was asking for more information after telling him I gave all the information I have.

I wouldn't give it any stars, if I could. It's hijacked my payments in a very sly way and causes problems by not paying. It takes 30 days to delete your account with them. Beware.
