The Dryrobe was better than expected good quality very warm for next winter and delivery was quick would happily recommend buying one s/m size fitted up to a 16 with further room perfect

Unhappy with items and delayed returns
Unhappy with items and no response when trying to arrange a return as this is something that needs reviewing and accepting before I am allowed to return the items - delaying refund.

Shady returns process
Checked my bank account for a refund for the returned items in February and at the time of writing this review, I STILL have not received the refund! Seems shady to me. Other suppliers have their own tracking processes and alert the customer when they have received the item... I won't be making another purchase!!!

As previously explained, once a return is handed over to the carrier, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to ensure it reaches us, and we are not able to track or control delays within the carrier’s process until it is marked as delivered to our warehouse.
We would like to reassure you that there is nothing misleading about our returns process, and we sincerely apologise if communication has not met expectations. We are currently working with our carriers to improve our returns tracking and customer updates to provide a smoother experience moving forward. That saidm we just proceed with your refund
Not refunded for 2 items I have returned!
I returned part of my order (2 items) back in February and I still have not received a refund!!!
The returns process leaves a lot to be desired! You have to sort your own postage out; there is no structure and accountability on their side, it is all down to the customer. The onus is on the buyer; you return the items, and if you lose your receipt, then you don't get a refund!!
WHY have I not been refunded? You most definitely would have received the returned order by now. The process seems to be, they wait for YOU to chase them for the refund, ask you for your tracking receipt and if you say that you can't find your tracking receipt then they will refuse you the refund. ..I may be wrong, (and if I am I will apologise), but why am I having to chase up on my refund after all this time. I emailed them and will for a response, but this feels like an incompetent and shady way of handling returns. Other suppliers, have their own tracking process and will send you a notification of when they have received the goods. I won't be placing a 2nd order!!!
