Battery arrive on time cables that I ordered went somewhere and have not received them. I left my number for call back, but have not received a call.

Overall good experience on my fifth purchase from Shop Solar. I suggest that Shop Solar issue a commercial invoice after their shipment is made, listing the serial numbers of the batteries shipped.
These batteries are registered at the manufacturer site once received. However, what evidence will be required by manufacturer upon a warranty claim in the future? The invoices issued by Shop Solar at time of purchase are too generic.

What made my experience great with Shop solar I kept on calling different people asking different questions cause I’m a newbie and I didn’t understand much and in the winter, the light go out a lot so I wanted a unit that at least give me a day to three days but something I can build in the future so thank you to Shop solar for answering all my questions and that’s why I pulled the plug and I decided to buy it from them. Their experience was good. The price was good to warranty is awesome. That’s why I went with them and I’m glad I did thank you to Shop solar team. They were great.

Our solar journey began last year when we decided to add solar power to our property. While we initially considered a professional installation, we realized we could complete the project ourselves. This allowed us to save enough to include battery storage in our setup.

We chose to work with Shop Solar to place our order. Although the process slowed down during the township permitting phase due to the inspector's concerns regarding the batteries, Shop Solar worked with us to provide the necessary replacements. To meet further requirements, we also built a fire-resistant room for the storage system.

We opted for a ground-mounting system rather than a roof installation. The mounting system was easy to assemble, is highly adjustable, and feels very durable. To finalize the project, we hired local electricians to connect the components we installed.

It feels great to begin our journey toward a more self-dependent lifestyle. With the help of Shop Solar, we were able to successfully take this first step.

Shop solar helped me through a difficult warranty situation by working directly with the manufacturer and me to make sure everything was fixed appropriately. They have a small team of dedicated people, and went above and beyond for me. I will definitely purchase from them again!
