I am still waiting on a resolution for my incorrect order. I received the WRONG shoes. They ARE NOT what I ordered. I have sent several emails with photos and I have only received one response that didnt address the exchange required.
I received the incorrect shoes on the 19th August & till today you have not been able to tell me how I can get the correct ones. All I want are the shoes that I ordered.

I bought 2 pairs shoes for my gf and I and accidentally I chose both of them woman’s ,size 8 , ,and 11 size for myself that it was size 11 wrong size and I was emailed 3 times to exchange 1 of them but no one reply to me . It was terrible costumers serving . My order number was #s1012370

Brought a pair of shoes on may 11th. Still haven't been sent. Emailed the store didn't get a reply for over a week. If you don't have the shoes your selling why advertise that your selling that shoe.
