I ordered stuff 8 MONTHS ago! received “tracking” a month ago and checked to see where my order was and the shipping company have not even received it! cannot get in contact with them, they don’t reply! I just want a refund. clearly never getting my order. biggest joke ever.

Ho ordinato la felpa marrone per l’anniversario di Fine Line a Novembre e mi è arrivata oggi 19/02. Sapevo che era un preorder quindi sono stati puntuali. La felpa è di buona qualità, ma ho dovuto pagare ben 20 euro di dogana 😩 e a questo punto non conviene spendere quasi 100 euro per una felpa. Spero che in futuro il merch europeo sarà spedito da un magazzino in Europa così almeno non si dovrà pagare la dogana!

Would never order from this website again! Ordered my daughter a tpwk hoodie on the 1st Nov which was her main Christmas present and it finally arrived today nearly 4 months later. I’ve been chasing it up constantly which gets you nowhere and never got any updates. Now it here, I don’t even think the quality is very good and has the label cut out, so makes me think it’s cheap and for £75 you would expect better 😠

Bought two vinyls, have been waiting for roughly 7 Months. I wrote to them more than 5 times, each time they reassured me the vinyls would be dispatched within a month or something, but they never did. They‘ve just now been dispatched, about SEVEN months later.
Because of the Brexit I’ll probably also have to pay import fees now, because they apparently needed 7 months to get two vinyls ready for dispatch.

Don’t buy from this page. Bought for my daugther in Nov earlier Dec money was drawn I have not seen any of the parts I ordered and I don’t get any response on my e-mails. This is so fake, and not a way of treatning people with kindness as Harry would say.

I love Harry and all but I’m so disappointed. I had my mom order the golden crew neck at then end of Nov-early Dec in hopes to have it for Christmas and I didn’t receive it until late Jan, a few days ago. I paid at least 10 dollars for shipping and the sweatshirt was not as good as one would expect for official merch that took so long to come. The picture of him was really pixelated and the writing was a rather ugly yellow in my opinion. The crew neck absolutely wasn’t worth 60 dollars at all.

I would give them zero stars if I could!
Ordered an album for my daughter. It is damaged. Emailed them over a week ago with no response.
Ordered a shirt for my daughter. The wrong item was sent. Emailed them a week ago. No response.
Awful customer service!!

Same issue as everyone else, Placed my order and even paid extra for expedited shipping, one month later still nothing. I emailed twice and both times got an automated response. There is no phone number to call. A shipping level was created but never shipped out. DO NOT ORDER FROMTHIS WEBSITE. Very disappointed!

Ordered on 11/24 Tracking number received 12/14 shipping label created and still that’s all it says. Did a ticket through email x3 and the only reply is another link for a new ticket. This wasn’t ever picked up by UPS so they can’t help. No phone support and email gets you stuck in a ridiculous loop of submitting the same info again and again!

I ordered and paid for my purchase in October for my sister’s end of November (allowing a full month) birthday.  I had to figure out a different gift (thank you sooo much) since I didn’t receive it! Figured 2 months would surely be enough time so I could use it for Christmas. Nope- just receive message after message about how they haven’t forgotten about me and leave no way to talk to any live person.  This is a scam site... they will take your money , you will never ever receive your merchandise, and there is no way to speak to any person just ignored messages through site. I could swim across and get it in the time it takes them to package and ship.  Honestly, I want people to know this is a scam site let people know u just can’t deliver.  Money back please and you will never receive your purchased item- such unethical losers.  Epic FAIL!

Having purchased from here and received message straight away of confirmation back in Oct , then nothing contacted them via email with updates, after the same automated email coming back , they could not supply dates,tracking,blamed covid, anyway clicked on the http:/ and saw all this, I reported to PayPal, and they responded fast , and within 48 case closed and refunded , wasn’t expecting it but thank god it was PayPal . Will be more careful in the future.

Do not buy anything from these scumbags. 6 weeks of headaches- the UPS tracking details are real.. until you call UPS and discover that a job was open but no package was ever received by UPS.
Update - received a refund 2 months later, got back 90% of what was initially deducted. Absolutely ridiculous company

THIS IS A FAKE WEBSITE!!! Don’t buy anything from it!!! I bought something there and now I can’t reach the internet website. They don’t send you a valid tracking number, they don’t reply emails.

when i got the product the label in the back was cut of, it looks like a cheap ripoff and nothing like on the website. The champion logo is glued onto the sleeve and not sowed on. I definetly think i have been scammed.

I placed an order 1 month before I needed the hoodie I ordered. Now it has been 2 months and it is still in transit. Pretty awful customer service for an $80 sweatshirt.

I have bad experience like other. No informations, bad number of package and no comunication. Bad bad bad.

Beware - fake merchandise! When you order from this site you are actually dealing with a company called BSI merch. I ordered a hoodie, and never received tracking information - just an email that the merchandise was on its way. Only when I threatened to report the company to authorities did I receive an email to say the item had been shipped. When I received the hoodie, I noticed the label had been cut off. The “champion” logo was glued on to the sleeve, not stitched in. The product is produced in China and is fake and the company is a total scam!!! BSI merch should drop the “I” from its name because that’s what it is.

Not a good experience. They didn't send my items until they returned my email months later and it arrived poorly packaged and damaged. Not happy

Bought two albums over two weeks ago. Money was taken from my account and confirmation email was received. Since then i have not had shipping updates or an email that my item has even shipped. Have contacted them three times with no reply. I believe they have stolen my money DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I have not received my order and they have refunded the full amount.
