Good supplier

GOOD advice and quick service and delivery!

I have been looking for months for somewhere online that sold the right hinges for the shutters and finally this company came up. Good price and quick delivery. So Thanks

Purchased shutter door hinges in order to get the pins as we had lost one and you can't seem to buy just the pins. Hinges arrived and although the pins have a slightly different shape head, they fitted perfectly and did the job.

Bought new pins to replace worn pin on plantation shutter slat. Did the job and arrived promptly from shutterplus.

Perfect measurements and everything fit. I had to gently encourage the staple into the slat with a hammer. I looked up a video that shows the best position to put the staple in and that helped. I would definitely order from them again.

Been trying to get hold of Hugo but no reply on telephone or email. What is going on please?

Communication was a little late and delivery was longer than expected due to covid and bad weather. However, the shutters were a great price, excellent quality, and took around an hour to fit. I would definitely use Hugo again for my shutters.

I placed an order in May and was given a lead time of 10-12 weeks.

13 weeks later, having received no information, I emailed to check on the whereabouts of my order. I was informed that it had been delayed and was on a shipment that would be arriving the following week.

Two weeks later, still nothing. I emailed again asking for an update. I received a phone call informing me my order wasn’t on that shipment after all and would be on the next one which was due 3 weeks later.

We’re now three weeks on and I still have not received my order, nor any further update as to when it might be arriving. I’ve tried phoning customer service and get a recorded message saying ‘the person you have called is unavailable’

It’s approaching 5 months since I made my initial order now. I was happy to make allowances for a slight delay due to the current global situation, however this is just getting beyond a joke now. I’m incredibly disappointed in the incredibly poor service I have received.

Excellent service and quality.
The shutters were delayed due to obvious Covid issues but I was kept updated every step of the way and am very pleased with quality.

Love the shutters I had made for my daughters bedroom. Hugo was very fast and efficient at measuring, sending me the quote and fitting. The only negative for me was the long wait time - but they were worth the wait.
