I really love Cream Cornwall. Have shopped both online and at the St Ives store whilst on holiday. Purchased coasters, the Lamorna refillable candle & reed diffuser, wax melts and a beaded toiletry bag. Everything is fantastic quality and the Lamorna fragrance is fantastic. Will buy from again!

"Cream" don't answer emails!
I have sent three, requesting my 10% voucher code for new customers.
My first order sold out, while l was waiting, and l still didn't receive it.
So l did a second order, still no 10% voucher!
My order arrived and l'm very pleased with the wash, and tote bags!
The room spray, "Reef" smells awful and doesn't last.
I've had to stop using it because it's making myself and my family have sneezing fits!
I haven't tried the diffusers as yet, l hope they don't have the same effect.
How do l return it please? I'm not able to use it because of the effect it's having!

I am appalled at the bad quality of this item (shell trinket box) I purchased from Cream Cornwall, for £12 plus tax it doesn’t even close properly, the finish inside is so bad glue marks and ridged edges to the material, this is just not acceptable, after looking these up on the internet they are only £2.90 to purchase online, it’s awful to know that people are being charged so much for low quality goods, even there famous wash bags can be purchased for £5 online but they charge £36 plus tax, it seems they are just trying to make a quick profit with no regard for the customers satisfaction or quality of the item.
I would highly recommend people save their money and avoid Cream Cornwall, I have noticed another negative review with very similar concerns that was posted in the last couple of days.

I have many products from Cream, some gifted and some I bought for myself or as gifts. On my most recent order, one of the items was not great so I contacted customer services and had a poor experience. I bought a reed diffuser which I hadn’t realised from the website was so small. The ceramic ring to hold the reeds is separate and doesn’t fit securely at the top of the jug. The fragrance is nothing special.

The response I got was so poorly written rude. Apparently everyone else loves the small size of the jug. The rings are made to fit so ‘don’t know why yours doesn’t’ and ‘apologies for that’. Oh and fragrance is subjective. I can send it back but it will cost £5.95 to do so and I won’t be refunded the original £5.95 postage which is extortionate anyway.

They finished with ‘thanks for your support’. I made a complaint, I wasn’t being supportive and if they had given a full refund I would not have been so disappointed.

Beautiful products and great, fast service. One of the cups I bought had a slight blemish but was replaced immediately with no fuss. Really happy and will be using again. Thanks

I purchased a cloth bag, whilst shopping at the bath store. I liked it so much I ordered two more on their website online. They arrived very quickly and was beautifully wrapped. I would highly recommend this company.

Beautiful mugs and outstanding customer service. I ordered on Sunday. Sent a note asking for a quick turnaround as wanted for a bday Gift and they arrives, Beautifully packaged on Tuesday!! So impressed! Might be buying more!!

I bought last year and just bought greeting cards again as they are wonderful quality, amazing value and different from the norm! Friends who’ve received these cards have loved them so much that they have framed them to put on their bathroom walls 💗

What a lovely company. The items I ordered are lovely , good size and well made. The designs are so colourful. I have ordered some more , as gifts for my friends.

Really disappointed at the quality of the Christmas decorations I ve received. They looked beautiful on the website but in person they are covered in glue and not put together with any care. They also have horrible metal cheap clasps in them and that wasn’t visible on the website. Really disappointed as I wanted to give them as Xmas presents. Just going through the refund process and they charge £6 return postage. My parcel is about 15cm squared. Will never order again.

From the beginning of me planning my order, to the end when it came to the delivery, all staff members we spoke to for pieces of advice were so helpful and clearly knew how to help me. My experience was first class. The driver, delivery was on time and a very polite he carefully carried our box of surprises for our family at Christmas up onto the 1st floor.
All the staff clearly loved their job. The actual shop looks beautiful. If you go look online you won’t be disappointed. The packaging was very impressive and I didn’t need to worry about the fragile items. As I say packaging well thought out. I forgot to order the chocolate bars so will be getting onto that soon. The products are outstanding. The booklets have a beautifully covered front to them. The design on the glasses are so unusual and beautifully different to anything else I’ve seen. Every single china item was wrapped so well. I have found a treasure to give to some very deserving family members this year and I’m thrilled Thank you so much.

I received my order quickly and it was well packaged. Beautiful designs (mugs, decorations and lampshade) and very good quality. Excellent personal customer service as well. Highly recommend.

Just received my cards. The packaging was lovely. The cards were extremely good value and great quality. The online art work on the card does it no justice as they are beautifully printed. I absolutely 100% recommend this Company and will definitely purchase from them again

Cream’s designs are great accents for a room, with beautiful crisp blue and White Sea-themed lampshades and lots of other goodies. The service is excellent, both online and in our local store at Falmouth. However, the lampshades I recently bought are made of paper rather than the fabric they used to be. They look great, but won’t stand up to cleaning with any water- based solution in the future, whereas the fabric ones used to clean up beautifully. That would make me think twice about buying lampshades again in the future, which is a pity.

Customer service from the Bath shop was brilliant. They couldn't have done more to help me order over the phone.

Ordered mugs and do pleased with them, comfortable and nice to drink from, let alone them being absolutely gorgeous, will be buying more of the range as I’m so impressed, order was packed quickly and items wrapped very carefully by Donna, looking forward to visiting Falmouth store in September. Beautiful items but sadly the prices are out of my reach.

The items ordered were expertly packed and despatched quickly via dpd. Quality of mirror superb but diffuser was absolutely tiny came with two rings that don't fit the top and no instructions re fitting the rings..very odd at £35 would have expected more but love the pattern
