Very efficient delivery and well packed. Very nice design but have to say disappointed with the style of the mug, for bone china it’s rather clunky and large with not a lot of finesse, somewhat like a ‘builder’s’ mug with a nice transfer design

Just amazed at beautiful items.

I don’t agree with four star it should be 5 plus!
Also, they use Royal Mail not another carrier 🤐

I ordered 4 of the beautiful mugs which arrived yesterday. We are delighted with the design and quality of the mugs and look forward to the lovely matching teapot becoming available.

Ordered a seahorse and an octopus mug. They came quickly and were really well packaged.

We ordered an octopus blind from creamcornwall to match the lampshade. It’s beautiful and we get so many compliments about it. The quality is fantastic and the drs is so unique. The service has always been 1st class whenever we have placed an order. Moreover we were sent a beautiful apron for answering a very short survey as a thank you! It made my day!!

I was left disappointed with my order from Cream Cornwall, considering the prices they charge the service was not exactly great.
I visited their stores before and had a good experience, however, ordering from them is a different story.
I ordered a lampshade and some fabric samples, I was charged extra postage when I added the 'free' fabric samples to my basket. I thought this was okay as they would have added to the weight of the package. When I received my package the samples were tiny, they certainly didn't add to the weight as you could barely even see the design on them, certainly not big enough pieces to decide whether they would match your decor. So as you can imagine I was quite disappointed.

On top of that the lampshade I ordered was just in a plastic bag inside the box, no protective packaging at all, it's a miracle it made it us in one piece. The pattern on it was also slightly odd as the head of one of the sea creatures is slightly cut off. I understand you can't fit the whole creature on due to size but surely head is more important than tentacles.

It all just left me pretty disappointed, especially considering prices they charge.

What can I say about cream Cornwall , well their china is fantastic to look at and I do enjoy the pieces I have

My main quibble with them is that they advertise as free delivery to mainland uk The delivery which was meant to be free was but over charged at checkout , but the extra surcharge of £30 would have covered the whole shipping cost to my postcode in the highlands , no discount given , im pretty tired of this scenario and not at all interested in the generic reply I got after I contacted them

Well done cream Cornwall you just lost one of your biggest fans and a £300 order even though you offer free postage in the uk over £100
Your business makes no sense at all

I will take mine elsewhere

Their delivery services to France fell way short of what was required, in that their courier didnt even try to deliver to us, they simply said they couldnt find us. Cream then expected us to pay another charge to have it delivered again. No way. If they advertise a service that they can deliver to europe then they should fulfill that. They didnt. I cancelled the order and await a full refund.

Fantastic products - really good quality and quick delivery.

I am a regular online customer of Cream Cornwall, their products are unique and lovely. I am a fan of their Seahorse design. I have plates, nibble dishes, Expresso Cups and saucers, Tea Towel and Apron, to name but a few. On the odd occasion when I have had a problem, their customer service is excellent and I have been taken care of immediately. Would strongly recommend checking out their website.

We visited the Falmouth branch in September and bought online at Christmas. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful in branch and those we met went out of their way to help (and wrap). The online order missed Christmas thanks to late post office deliveries. But the customer service from Cream was outstanding. It had the feel of a company that not only cared about its products but also its customers.

Terrable customers service, owner very rude and has called me crazy and other things. Discrimination at its worse do not shop here ! The shop didn’t ask me to put a mask on and they didn’t ask me to leave. They was rude and harassing !

I placed an order on line Sunday evening and it arrived today, Tuesday, safely packaged and beautifully gift wrapped. An amazing service, especially in these times. Thank you Cream Cornwall. I would not hesitate to recommened your company
