After part of my order arrived damaged I have been trying to make contact with the seller for over a week with emails ignored and phone calls not answered.

Service was fantastic. The product design is perfect but the quality of porcelain i thought would be as good as Spode. I would pay more for this product to have the designs on better quality porcelain. Thankyou and keep up ypur fantastic designs.

Beautiful dishes, great customer service.

The lights are absolutely stunning. However, when the electricion was installing one one the lights the bevel was glued to the stem and it took quite a bit of force to free it.

Ordered 3 mugs. They came well packaged and quickly.

Great service however a different blanket to the one shown in the picture which was the one I thought I had ordered. Unfortunately it is a little rough against skin and therefore not as cosy to snuggle up in as I had hoped. Disappointed.

Bought candles on line as Christmas presents, they smell lovely, are packaged beautifully and the packaging for delivery is excellent. The descriptions of the smells is accurate, however I also knew how they smelt having visited the wonderful shop in Falmouth. The pots containing the candles are so beautiful they are crying out to be reused.

We like the tough melamine finish, and trust that this will obviate the problem we have experienced with cheaper mats, of grease from food spillages getting into the cork at the sides and under the finish, marking it permanently.

I never heard back after requesting for my discount money back as the discount code didn't apply properly when I submitted the transaction.

Really pleased with the item purchased but the packaging of clear cellophane was disappointing. Luckily there doesn't seem to be any damage and nobody stole what is a superb floor cushion.
