Had my shutters installed today.
I am so pleased. He was polite, came in and cracked on with it. Even took his shoes off at the door. 🙂 the shutters themselves are amazing. Better than what I could have imagined.

Great price, friendly guys, communication was 100%, very prompt and great workmanship, very tidy and respectful of my house, the one downside is the wait for the shutters to be made but I believe that is out of their control.
Would highly recommend and I would use them again.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars, absolute quality. We had 4 rooms fitted with shutters today and are so so pleased with them. The product is great, the team are great, communication is great, installation was quick and easy and ahead of the expected lead time. We had our shutters fitted today, 5 in total and I don’t know what to say. They look absolutely fantastic and have really changed the look of our rooms. We had Charlie and his team fit shutters to our bay window. We are over the moon with the results. We will definitely be having them back to complete the rest of the house in due course. Price is very reasonable but the quality of the shutters and fitting is superb. Would recommend to anyone looking for shutters.

Have just had shutters fitted by Shutters by James. Absolutely brilliant service from the quote to the fitting and the shutters look great. The fitting was very efficient and quick. I had them fitted to 4 windows including a large bay window. The price was by far the best quote I had. I have no hesitation in recommending them if you want shutters. Couldn’t recommend Charlie and Shutters by James enough…. Charlie came round a few times to answer all our queries before we even placed an order and then carried out the job (ahead of scheduled delivery estimates) to a high standard. I was recommended Shutters by James and am so pleased with the results. I had the three windows to front fitted. They are beautiful, so well made, professionally fitted by Charlie who answered ALL my obvious questions, have transformed the rooms and I hadn't realised they had hidden magnets which mean they close flat to the frames and look so neat. I was especially pleased with the price. Love them!!!!

I was recommended to use shutters by James and was told they were excellent and they certainly didn't disappoint. Charlie came round on time on the day he said. (Not often that happens with tradesmen these days)..measured up and gave the quote . Ordered them and they arrived a couple of weeks before they had said... bonus . We contacted shutters by James after seeing a Facebook add. It was easy to arrange an appointment and when Charlie came to measure up we received a quote there and then with no pressure to go ahead and no awkward sales pitch. The shutters arrived earlier than expected, which was great and were fitted yesterday. They look really good and we couldn’t be happier with them. All 7 were fitted in a couple of hours and Charlie removed any rubbish and kept things clean. A great experience from start to finish, thank you.

Decided to get a quote from Shutters By James after they were recommended to me. There was no pressure to buy and the quote beat the other local companies. After a wait due to COVID, I had them installed today and to say I’m so pleased is an understatement. Having lived with horrible blinds for five years, it was amazing to finally have shutters. The guys were quick and tidied up after themselves and even interacted with my three year old son who ‘wanted to help’
