So pleased with our new shutters they look and are fabulous the whole process with Shutters By James has been stress free and rewarding , right from our initial enquiry we have received nothing but help and advice the pricing is very good and the standard of fitting is excellent I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering shutters

Great customer service from start to finish, all emails were answered quickly by Charlie and Jess. Charlie was on time for both the measuring and fitting. Charlie measured and explained the options to help me decide what I wanted. He clearly cares about providing an excellent service and product. The shutters look wonderful on my bay and I’m over the moon with them. Highly recommended, thank you.

Had my shutters fitted earlier this morning and I am absolutely thrilled! They look spot on. The team were great throughout the ordering process showing me the different options available and the work was carried out professionally and neatly, no mess at all! We are absolutely thrilled with the new shutters throughout our house! Great quality product, superb value for money and fantastic workmanship in the fitting. The guys worked efficiently and were incredibly clean, everything was left sparkling - it’s clear they really take pride in offering a perfect finish. There were some slight delays to our fitting (caused by holdups associated with Brexit which could not be helped and was no fault of Shutters by James). Jess kept us informed throughout - fantastic customer service! I would highly recommend to anyone considering shutters in their home.

The service received from Charlie & Jess has been amazing. They were so understanding when I moved the installation date several times due to builders on site. On the day of installation Charlie and his dad were ever so accommodating as we were all working from home. The shutters look so beautiful and wonderfully installed by Charlie.

Just had shutters fitted to 5 bay window and they are stunning! Absolutely love them.
So worth the wait and realistically priced.

Beautiful shutters and excellent service! We took the plunge and had whole house done. Charlie was super helpful giving advise on the kitchen shutter as I was concerned with it being so close to the sink.
Jess kept us updated all the way along, and shutters were fitting within the lead time Charlie said. No mess, no fuss.
So pleased, and would certainly recommend Shutters By James to anyone thinking of having shutters fitted.

Had our new shutter fitted today. We are over the moon with them. As a professional person myself, I like to see the same standards in others and give credit where credit is due. James came round and did the survey and done the fitting himself. They were spot on. We got a call about 3 weeks ago saying they will be here today at 9am. They were on time and fitted 4 large shutters in an hour. Worked very clean and made sure we knew how they worked before they left taking all rubbish with them.
I would whole heatedley recommend James to anyone that is thinking of having shutters done. Thanks for a great job. Karen.
