SignMonkey Reviews

Great Customer Service and quick professional turnaround - Highly Recommend

I received the signs yesterday they look great! Can’t wait to get them installed.

Best customer care

I had order a sign from a different company on the net, expected to be delivered within few weeks however the sign didn’t arrive, I order another sign through Sign Monkey and what a great experience that was from start to finish, they made the design, made sure all was correct before placing the order,
The proofing was greatly done, before production and Siri g that discovered I need it brackets to put it up and they sent everything I need it for installation,
Thank you to everyone that helped making this purchase a great experience😋😋

I can't speak about the product because its two weeks past the time I was led to believe our signs would be completed. We ordered on the 7th paid and was told that they build in 5 days. We were just informed our sign will be shipping on the 25th.

The staff was super easy to work with and quick to respond. I would recommend them to anyone needing a sign custom made and need a quality service and product. Thanks SignMonkey!!!

Sign Monkey was amazing to work with , they had no issues with doing exactly what I wanted for my sign and with in 5 days it was done and ship. Have to say best experience ever with a company.

I was very happy with the service, turnaround and quality. I'd like the materials to arrive unbranded though but other than that it was great

Great customer service, attention to detail, and follow up. I wouldn't hesitate to place another order.

After leasing a building for our new business, I was informed that the building owner required a channel sign. I checked with all of the sign companies in our area and the price as well as the time expected we’re over double that of Sign Monkey. Sign Monkey designed our sign and delivered before half of the competitors ever even returned my call about a price estimate. From my experience, Sign Monkey is the best in the business no matter where you are located. 5 star prices, 5 star design and 5 star delivery!

Thank you sign monkey for the great communication and quick response.

Second sign I have ordered from Sign Monkey. The quality of the signs are great!! The customer service is great!!!

Sign Monkey was great! Everything from designing my own sign to Sign Monkey's team reviewing the strict sign criteria in my town was perfectly handled by their team. I highly recommend them for your signage needs. Our sign is beautiful.

The sign I purchased looks great on the building front. Patrons can now easily find my location. The sign is bright and easily identifiable. Two person installation and it was a breeze. We love the new look!

They were amazing! The sign exceeded our expectations.

We tried multiple local places and none could get the sign completed in any less than six weeks. We were so lucky to find SignMonkey! They were so easy to work with, made sure all our designs would look well, had an incredibly fast production and shipping. We couldn't be happy that we found them!

We are so excited about our sign! Sign Monkey is great, they communicate with the customer to make sure your sign is accurate. Also great delivery service and packaging.

I have owned 20 retail locations for over 10 years and we always had cheap sub par signs because the sexy channel letter signs were way out of our budget. Now with sign Money we have the best signs at all of our locations for $2-3k each and they are amazing quality. Worth $10k all day long. Wish we know about SignMonkey years ago. They literally make and ship and deliver your sign in a week. It’s insane! Our local sign provider was like 8-16 weeks to make and 3-4 weeks to install.
