I always afraid on doing this transaction online but omg what a nice place to order your sig easy and very friendly and fast so easy to install and amazing service. The accommodate-to your budget and your need

This was our first time working with Sign Monkey. They took on a challenging job that no one else would touch and did an OUTSTANDING job!!! Excellent quality and precision on our channel letters as well as fast, friendly and professional customer service. We are very impressed!!!! THANK YOU SIGN MONKEY!!!

Great customer service! And the custom product they made was perfect!

Exactly what I was looking for. Timeline was very quick. Thank you!

Communication is key to a company success, From your front office with Kala to the art director and the fabricator team. Everyone did a great job, I will highly recommend your company to anyone looking.

Sign Monkey and the employees themselves were excellent and easy to work with. The shipping/delivery company leaves a bit to be desired and could use improvement or replacement.

Sign was packaged very secure and very quick service!

easy to use website and like the instant quotes, however, the clip art option is pretty bad with limited choices. I wanted clip art of a beer mug or something bar themed, but clip art had nothing. So I had to order that part of the sign from another website. Other than that, I liked everything else.

much quicker from design to install than any other company in my area

This will be a long review. Hard to find a starting point since every aspect of this transaction was awesome. The design team answered every question I had and assisted me through several changes of mind. When I finally settled on my sign, I got a call to verify everything. The build quality was above my expectations and the ease of installation was because of the preinstalled brackets. We literally had to simply uncrate the sign, drill holes and install. Shipping was a tad longer than advertised however, being a small business owner I took this to mean they were busier than usual and that is a good thing. It means they were giving the same high quality of service & products to a lot of people. I could not possibly be happier with my decision to use this company over my local options. Which BTW, were almost double the cost of SignMonkey. My goal was to make my shop visible from the street which is more than 75 yards from my shop. This sign is visible and clearly readable from beyond that distance. My only complaint would be, no option to upload a photo with this review, because I want to show my sign to everyone..:)

Advertise 5 day rurn around, took 3 weeks.

I truly love the sign and fast shipping thank you. The prices saved me so much money.

They nailed our sign, really great quality, we love it.

I was skeptical making this purchase online but the product is great. As a small business owner myself I appreciate the level of customer service they provided.
