SignMonkey Reviews

Very professional and fast.

We worked with Carl and Steven and they were great at organizing our order and helping with out artwork. We got three replacement panels which turned out perfect. The price made it worth it as our local sign shops couldn't beat their quote.

Excellent great quality sign. Just perfect! Thank you so much SignMonkey!

This is my third time buying from Sign Monkey. I always get quick customer service. They are always helpful and I needed a small custom addition to my order and was able to work out what I needed the same day.

Awesome service, great communication. Quality of sign is top notch. Highly recommend this company.

Arrived faster than expected. And sign quality is worth the money spent.

Easy to work with, great communication. Excellent product finish.

I had an impossible time getting a good hanging sign in my area. I tried multiple companies and they were either months from being able to deliver to extremely high prices.

I was able to get exactly what i needed fast and at a fair price from SignMonkey. I was very impressed with the process and even the sign redesign they recommended.

Great service! I am a very satisfied customer.

Thank you

It is going on 2 weeks waiting for sign to ship. It would be best to ask for a survey after product is received....

We chose this company because they advertise a 5 day production and we were on a tight schedule to get a sign and get our business open. Unfortunately that is not the experience we had. After many empty promises of a ship date it finally shipped almost a month later.

You guys are very helpful and great at communication. The customer service people are very personable. This is my 4th order with you guys and there will be many more to come!

After spending thousands of dollars on this we are quite disappointed in the lighting. It actually only lights up the middle so it makes this sign illegible.

We ordered 2 channel-style signs for our new diner and couldn't be more pleased with them! These signs looked great in the crate and even better when the old building got the new facelift with them. I experienced some challenges that were my fault when wiring up one of the signs, but the team at Sign Monkey was extremely helpful and accommodating when it came to getting us up and running. The customer support was outstanding, and I can't say how much I appreciate it. Carl and James were AWESOME. Thank you SO much for all your support and assistance!! I highly recommend Sign Monkey to anyone looking at purchasing a sign of any sort.

Customer service was excellent

Man,where do I start. From the time I met Carl and his team, it has been easy. They pulled everything together so smoothly. From pulling a design offline for me, to discussing the final product before actual production. Best experience ever. I will use them for all our locations hands down. Thank you so much for making a seemingly difficult process easy and enjoyable.

I was in a time crunch and they delivered in five days to Texas.

Very easy to create and upload my business design. Very friendly and extremely helpful customer service reps. Delivery was fast, on-time and very securely crated. Sign looks exactly how I wanted and ordered it. Very pleased!!! Would recommend using SignMonkey.com and I will definitely be using them for all my future sign needs.

That old adage about speed, quality and cost, pick two... can be thrown out the window when you place an order at SignMonkey.

We couldn't be more pleased with our very first experience with them. Placing the order was easy, their follow-up was immediate, the price was VERY competitive, they delivered on time and the quality is outstanding.

Thank you SignMonkey for providing the level of service that is so rare today.
