SignMonkey Reviews

Everyone from quotes to design were extremely nice and helpful. Would highly recommend Sign Monkey to anyone in need of a sign.

Great experience. We love our new sign!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sign Monkey for our outdoor signage needs, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. They manufacture high-quality outdoor signs for and their online platform is truly one of a kind. Not only do they offer a wide range of templates, but they also provide custom services to meet specific requirements.

The customer service representatives were excellent—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was the competitive pricing, which made choosing Sign Monkey an easy decision.

The installation instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, ensuring a smooth setup. I highly recommend Sign Monkey for anyone in need of top-notch signage solutions

Above and beyond customer service! We had a small issue when installing and we broke a part and the team quickly came to save the day!

Sign looks amazing. The price was equally amazing. I made the right choice.

I ordered 2 signs, 1 of which was a Halo Style light. I had my installers scheduled and when they went to install the 2 signs the Halo sign did not have the template. I instantly called Sign Monkey and they apologized and said they would get the template right out. As we started to install the other sign the "DOT" on the "I" did not have a mounting bracket so I called again and informed them of the second problem. Here is where the 2 star rating comes from, It is hard to get sign installers scheduled and I had to pay them for 2 sign installs even though they only installed 1. I saw the UPS Tracking number generated that day so I was ok until I saw the template and bracket did not ship until 3 days later! I was not shipped a new "dot" because I told them just to send the bracket so I could get it same day, but it shipped 3 days later! At that point send me the new "DOT" instead of a bracket. I received everything 9 DAYS LATER!!! Where is the next-day air or Overnight delivery! I now have to reschedule the installer and they are on another large job this week so I have to wait another week where they could have gotten to me all last week, not to mention that I get to pay for another sign install...

Im so glad we found Sign Monkey online. It's amazing how they turned my uploaded logo into a work of art! There was a color issue, but they worked hard to fix it and now everything is perfect!

Hands down the best sign company I've ever used. Will only use them.

This was the easiest and most user-friendly web page that I have come across. Also, when I called, a real live human being answered the phone. They had my custom sign to me in about a week. Highly recommend.

Being out of state I was hesitant. However Sign Monkey nailed our expectations. They worked with us providing multiple options, very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We received our sign and it was so much more beautiful in hand! Awesome quality, super easy install, and perfect, and light weight.
I will express the ease of communication with them for any questions, also build to delivered and turn around time was quick.
There is no better quality, price, or customer service better than Sign Monkey!
Thanks you guys - Endless Events LLC

Design Team executed perfectly on the design of my request.

Solid product, fast turn around. Good customer service

Sign was designed as requested and delivered on time. The sign is very lightweight and I hope it can stand up our Mississippi weather.

My installer said this was the easiest sign he has ever installed! First time using Signmonkey and I like the efficiency they provide for self quoting when you may not have the final design but to get an idea for budgeting.

Fantastic service. They were very helpful and great price.

Great service...from design, build to delivery, the SignMonkey team was great and they met all of our expectations. Our signs look amazing!
