I bought a product online last week and it said 2-4 days availablity in store, waited this time and had to chase. I got a rude response saying please allow 3-5 processing days. Where it did not mention it on the site. And just because i chased, my item was available that same day. I think my order was just forgotten about

Would recommend
Recently bought a bag and was very happy with the purchase. There was one mark that wasn’t mentioned on the website but nothing to worry about. Faster delivery from other sites however super helpful customer service and would definitely purchase from here again.
