Easy to navigate website. You pay the price you choose in going for Silver Cross so no complaints. It certainly comes quickly. I haven’t opened the package as I want my daughter to do it herself. I am sure if there are problems silver cross will sort them out.

Nippy little stroller. No clear update as to when the stroller would be back in stock when pre-ordering, so if you need something for a specific date and can't afford to wait, go for something that's already in stock.

Ordered official carry bag for our Nia pram and it was delivered less than 24hours after ordering despite only paying for standard shipping. Product is as described and fits our pram perfectly, including with the carrycot - as would be expected with reputable brand like Silver Cross. Wouldn’t hesitate to order directly from Silver Cross again

Lovely quality materials and construction. Easy to understand instructions which are stored underneath the seat for easy future reference. Grandson finds his new seat very comfortable.

Avoid Silver Cross - Pop 2 broke trapping child's hand!
After only 6 months of use, our Pop 2 stroller broke whilst in use, trapping our child's hand. The screw connecting the seat the frame completely snapped and the pram on that side collapsed.
I bought direct from Silver Cross because of their reputation... I was very wrong!
After contacting silver cross they initially come across as helpful. I was offered a refund or replacement and given I still needed a stroller asap and the usual reputation of Silver Cross, I accepted the replacement. However, the replacement didn't arrive and when I phoned customer service, I was told the replacement hasn't even been dispatched (6 days after failure). On the latest call I am now not being offered a refund and so must wait again for another phantom replacement to arrive. Meanwhile the broken pram is sat in the hallway as it can't be collected until a replacement is delivered... Starting to see the craziness of this company and process?!

Please save yourself all this hassle and risk of injury to your child. I really believe I would be treated far better by Amazon or any other retailer than this shambles at Silver Cross.

A very easy to put together and put up and down , bought for my 9 month old grandson so easy to use , nice and light but also solid . Would definitely recommend.
