We ordered a pram and it literally came within two days which is brilliant. Really fast process and delivery. We saw the pram in store and knew it would be a great unit so we ordered one. Very happy and the summer sale is even better!

As a soon to be a new mum I really appreciated the bundle options that Silver Cross had to make it nice and simple for me to buy everything in one place. Delivery was so fast and easy! We had an issue with the hood extension on our cove pushchair. The support was very fast and we had a whole replacement hood within days, thank you so much!

It’s an incredibly beautiful pram.
The only downside is mine arrived with a fabric pull and still waiting for customer services to get back. They said 2 days but I only sent it yesterday - I have faith it will be a quick and helpful response tomorrow.
The clips to fold the bassinet could be a little better. It’s a little too sturdy and the only cheap looking thing. Other than that I am obsessed with the colour, functionality and the push is easy and great on terrain.
