I love the way my skin feels and looks after using the exfoliation items. I want to order the whole face and body bundle now! Sima taught me about the hidden bacteria in my normal towels, and I’m now on a mission to eliminate bacteria for my face and body. It would be great if Sima would have hair care - besides the shower head.

Hey I can honestly say that I am a completely satisfied customer. I originally purchased for my daughter and grand daughter and they loved them so much and talked me into trying them. I have been telling everyone about them and my sister has put in an order and is looking forward to having beautifly smooth skin. I have not received the charcoal body wash yet but look forward to trying it when it comes. The only thing that didn't work was was getting my free 50 pack face towels. I clicked on where it said to receive free and put my second order but nothing happened when I got the end. I am a happy customer who will continue to advocate for your great products. Do not buy from this company. I never received the order I placed 1 month ago.
I never received the ‘replacement’ they said would arrive in 7 business days.
I asked for a refund but my request was ignored.
I’ve now been sent a ‘tracking link’ that does not work and asks for my credit card details.

The feeling I get after I use it, however, I would really appreciate it if you could offer different colours for the face towels.

LOVE these exfoliating scrub cloths by SIMA. They are extremely durable and leave my skin SO SOFT! I use the facial ones too! I have given several as gifts too!

I’ve really been enjoying this product—it works great! When I first ordered, they accidentally sent the wrong color. But their customer service was excellent—they quickly apologized, sent the correct one, and even let me keep the original at no extra cost. They didn’t have to do that, but it showed how much they care about doing right by their customers. Definitely a company worth checking out!

I just love the exfoliating clothes. They feel so good and get into all the areas on your body easily. I also use one of them as a back scratcher dry. I’m so hooked on these. I gave one in my three pack to a friend and she called me and said they are amazing. Better than any back brush she has used. Mim sold on these. As a senior, they are so easy to use all over.

Your body cloth has worked, as you advertised to make my skin softer and smoother. It is perfect to pack for holidays and gym visits and rinses easily. Your Charcoal Body Wash is an excellent accompaniment.

Fast shipping and delivery. Great product had ordered the competitor, and this product is so much better! Longer, lathers better using less body soap, easier to use and loved the instruction video. The face exfoliator was a wonderful free gift with my order and is a wonderful addition to your family of products.

Love my towel and my 3 face cloths, but I wanted one in pink. What did i do wrong in my order? Need a pink one as a gift. These make my skin feel and look so much younger!

The cloths feel great. They have just the right amount of scrub, even for your face. They are also long enough to get your back properly.

This towel suds up wonderfully, it cleanses my skin without irritating it. Skin is smoother and feels revitalized
