I have been working with Sofi and Simple Citizen for the past year, their service has been incredibly helpful, I’m a ready to send all my documents, they are very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend their service to everyone that needs an affordable alternative in regards of green card applications.

They are 10/10. Quick response, extremely helpful and very patient.

Greencard approved! Amazing development! I am very much thankful to the SimpleCitizen team for helping my family and me in our immigration journey. Applying for a green card was overwhelming and confusing, but SimpleCitizen tools made it extremely easy and straightforward. The user interface was user-friendly and the support team was always available to answer any questions I had. It was an excellent resource and I am very grateful for the help they provided. I highly recommend SimpleCitizen to anyone seeking to navigate the green card process – it made things much simpler and less stressful for me. Thank you!

I love SimpleCitizen. I just received my green card today. They were excellent throughout the process. Their software is excellent. They were behind on every step of the process, guiding me on every small detail with reasoning. It's worth the price for stress proof process.

I got a really really good service! I chose SimpleCitizen because it was cheap and had good reviews! I absolutely recommend using SimpleCitizen! They will make sure that everything is correct and looks great! Thank you so much SimpleCitizen!

The instructions throughout the process were clear. They answered all of our questions quickly and kept us updated on important information that we would have not known if we had done it by ourselves. We definitely recommend simple citizen.

Simple Citizen is a great company!
They helped us through every step of the green card process.

Excellent team! Really enjoyed working with them, their website is user friendly, the team is knowledgeable of all the requirements even from home countries and provided great feedback. They also accommodated my tight schedule and were very responsive.

SimpleCitizen has been helping me during my process since 2019, my first application, where McKay and Razia helped me a lot, and now in 2022, for my second GC, Kendra did a fantastic job guiding me as well. They're so supportive, affordable, quickly respond, and trustworthy! The process with them is super smooth and easy. I can't thank them enough! And I definitely recommend them :)

The SimpleCitizen interface is very user friendly and so easy that makes the whole process a breeze! This is the second time we use their services and it is so refreshing to see that their customer service is always great and consistent. I have encouraged many immigrants to use this company for their immigration needs and I will keep recommending them in the future. Thank you SimpleCitizen for making this process so easy!!!

The team at SimpleCitizen were always very supportive and responsive throughout the I-129F process. Kendra was always very quick to answer any questions my fiance and I had and address any concerns as well. They were also very quick in translating my fiance's official documents (birth certificate) and the attorney review was completed in just a few days. The packet they provided through mail was neatly organized, clearly outlines where signatures were needed, and provided detailed information in sending the application to USCIS. It was a pleasure in working with them and we are certain they will continue to support us throughout our visa application process.

Thorough review and quick and responsive staff. Great user platform, simple to use and intuitive. Highly recommend their services.

Amazing. Professional,patient, easy. A+recommend

La atención prestada fue muy buena, me resolvieron todas las dudas en un tiempo corto de respuesta, el servicio fue rápido y la asesora Amanda fue muy amable con todas sus recomendaciones, estoy muy contenta con el servicio que adquirí.

Thank you Simple Citizen for such a great experience. With all the paper work that needed to be done I was a little confused, but you guys this process smooth and easy for me. Highly recommended them.
PS: thank you to my case manager Wilenys, she was great.

Amazing experience! I am so happy with the whole team, they were so considerate and answered ALL my questions. Kendra, McKay, Amanda and others were just excellent. I am in the US for almost 2 years now and as a customer, I can clearly tell that no other company has better customer service than SimpleCitizen.

If you have any violations(like overstaying your visa) don't hire them. They're not well informed on those issues. Just wasted $400. The package they send you contains pictures of your supporting documents, you can't send pictures you need to send photocopies. They're responsive to your emails but besides that it's just a bunch of college kids not knowing much about what they're doing.

The team at Simple Citizen is truly helpful and trustworthy. Their system is user-friendly and their case managers responsive. I was lucky enough to work with Wilenys, who was always there for me whenever I had any doubts. Her attention to detail is remarkable. I recommend this service to anyone who wants to apply for a Green Card. The process can be disorienting, but Simple Citizen gives you the confidence that you are always doing things right. Plus, their rates are unbeatable. Strongly recommended!
