SimpleCitizen Reviews

Can't thank this company and team enough! Kendra, Tyler, Sierra, and McKay were extremely prompt and helpful throughout the entire process. The immigration process is obviously very thorough and confusing, but the team helped with all of our questions and my application went through without any issues at all. Super thankful, and would highly recommend.

Simplecitizen helped me with my application and honestly the process was really easy. They were able to help me with all my questions really quickly. I would say this is a great immigration service and definitely I can recommend it to anyone who is doing an application for green card.

The team at SimpleCitizen made the process super easy for my husband and I. We started the process not really knowing how to navigate the process in its entirety. However they provided unmatched guidance and resources to ensure the requirements were fulfilled in a timely and correct manner. Their professionalism also made communicating with the team easy and accessible. In the end our case was approved in 6 months!. We couldn’t have done it without Kendra and the SimpleCitizen team.

Simple citizen made the process of sponsoring my mother's GC very predictable, their response is also very prompt and professional. In particular our experience with Kendra at simple citizen was very positive. I would certainly recommend their services. Thank you all for an awesome job!

choosing a simple citizen is the best decision of my life, they make it simple and they make sure everything is perfect before you apply ..

Super helpful. Answered every single question we had very thoroughly. Made us feel much more confident.

My experience was GREAT!! I got my greencard thanks to Simple Citizens and I’m very glad that I started all my greencard process with them. They are always available for you, super helpful and supportive.

Great service. Used for GreenCard application (adjustment of status form). Great experience. They really help you simplify form filling and preparing application. Very helpful team and they always reply to any questions during or after filling.

I had SimpleCitizen recommended to me by some friends, and I’m so glad. This is an overwhelming process to get through but this company makes it as simple as can be. I had the pleasure of working with Sofi to get my application through and she was quick to respond, and even checked in with me when I hadn’t completed the questionnaires a few weeks after starting the process (which I appreciate!). She and the team also did a thorough review of my responses. I wouldn’t recommend this service if you have anything in your history or background that would require a more personal touch from an attorney, but for most people this is a great service and well worth the cost.

Wow! I am so thankful for this company! They are always there to help, and are more than happy to do so. This process is overwhelming but with Simple Citizen it makes it possible. The way they are so organized and promptly giving you the best experience is something I never thought existed. All of the customer service agents are wonderful, I had the pleasure of having Kendra assigned to my case and she is a rock star!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Kendra from the team at Simple Citizen and she was super kind, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions I had. I HIGHLY recommend and already got several friends/family members to use their services because my experience was so great. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and confused while filing for anything with the USCIS, but working with simple citizen will simplify everything on your end of things.

SimpleCitizen helped me tremendously! Loved the structure of the application, made it very easy and clear.

Amazing service, I thought having a lawyer is very expensive and I saw someone recommend Simple Citizen on Youtube and thought to try that out. Best decision ever. My process of getting green card is never easier with all the support and the way their website design. They answer all the questions really quick. I 100% would recommend this to anyone who need to go through green card process

I used SimpleCitizen platform to prepare my documents and submit them for my Green Card application. I fund them online and read a lot of great review about them. So, I decided to get their help through my application which was the best decisions that I ever made.
First, the platform and website is designed really well which make the preparation so easy and understandable. All you need to do is to answer the questions and upload your documents and follow the steps.
Second, they are all great supporters. Any time you have a question, you just simply email them and you get your answer right away.
Last but not least, I realize that they are well organized since every time I asked any question about my case, they know exactly which part I am and what I was asking.
I really satisfied using their service and strongly recommend to anyone who wants to apply for their immigration documents.
