Don't buy anything here, it's a total scam. I ordered 3 Rings all in the same size, 1 fits, the others not. The Rings are all very cheap and plastic, the gold looks very plastic artificial like, no 925 sterling silver stamp. It took like 6 weeks shipping from China, it is most likely a Temu Ring. The customer service is ignoring you when you ask for a refund. Don't buy here... I am still mad I lost money on that scam.

Customer service was great until I sent the item back and it could not be delivered. Now I paid for the ring, paid $28 for shipping and I have no ring and no refund. Do NOT buy from here!! Cheap stuff, no customer service after purchase! UPDATE: I did get a full refund later on. Nonetheless the ring I purchased looked like plastic in real life. Both the ring and the stone.

I received my ring and was horrified! The “gold” plating looks cheap, brassy, and bright yellow in comparison to my other gold. Have tried to contact the company for weeks with no reply.

I placed my order on 3/30/26 as of today 4/16/26 I have not received my order . When I contact the company I get a reply requesting patience they took my money right away . I feel the company scammed me I will contact my bank today for a full refund . It’s companies like Sincere Sally that makes you not trust ordering products over the internet . There is NOTHING Sincere about Sally it’s fraudulent !

I ordered a Moissanite Baguette ring in rhodium plated 925 silver. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive in the U.S. That was OK, but what arrived was a Cubic Zirconia with rhodium plated copper. It is not stamped 925 and the "moissanite" did not come with any paperwork. After wearing it a few days the copper is wearing through. I'm disappointed. I vowed to never buy plated copper rings and here we are.

I ordered and paid for a product I have not received. When I reach out all I get is an auto response they will get back to me. It's been almost 3 weeks, very frustrating.
