I purchased a car from S James Prestige back in September. I mainly dealt with Saul and I have to say that I found him courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. All the other sales staff that I had interactions with were similarly delightful.

They made the purchase/ transaction/ finance side of it straightforward, easy and quick, and their communications were regular and informative.

When I next decide to change my car I will definitely be heading back to S James as my first port of call.

Bought a car a couple weeks ago and the service before and after was and is great Michael was very helpful and paid attention to detail. They got the car in the garage for the extras and two days later I was driving away with the car! (And yes the extras are worth it, ceramic coat has made the cleaning so much easier) Shopped around for other options prior to buying and definitely am happy with my decision. You won’t find better spec and higher quality cars for that price.

My wife and I purchased a used car from here just before Christmas and from start to finish, we found the staff so friendly and helpful. Natalie, Mat and Kim deserve a special mention as each one of them was wonderful and made us feel very comfortable with buying a car from them. Natalie even took the time to call us a couple of weeks after we had taken the car, to make sure everything was ok. From a car point of view, it was prepared to a very high standard and was also very competitively priced. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will certainly use them again in the future.

The whole team made the experience amazing, they went truly above and beyond during the entire process, I was a first time finance user and they explained it thoroughly, I will be back when I want to upgrade, my only slight issue was finding the dealership but that was quickly resolved besides that I would totally recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle.

Prestige made buying a car really easy. The car was presented really well. Customer service was on point. Information was clear, staff were very friendly and made the process seamless.

Very professional company. Bought my son his first car from them. Great little car.Unfortunately we had an issue in the first week of purchase with the clutch. They had the car repaired within 1 week. Very easy to get the help we needed. They covered all the costs and were very apologetic that this happened.
