I had a small warranty issue. Window screen washer pump.
I initially spoke to Natalie. Polite, professional and informative. Definatley exceeded my expection how friendly yet professional.
The issue was frustrating as I am so busy. Natalie explained everything to me so clearly. It was all covered and fixed within a couple of days. I leased with Natalie over the phone when i was actually in the garage getting if fixed.. I made payment and the warranty payment was in my account within the hour. Fantastic!! Well done S James for employing such a brilliant person. And thank you also to the rest of the staff who made the sale of my vehicle so easy. Highly recommended. I dont think I will look to purchase any new car anywhere else before looking at S.James Pretigue. Regards. Gary B

S James Prestige is a good company to buy a vehicle from — the buying process is smooth, and payments to garages are made promptly once approved. However, when it comes to claiming warranty repairs, my experience has been quite frustrating.

When a vehicle develops a defect, they often seem to avoid liability, asking customers to visit multiple garages — usually to find a lower quote. There’s also a lot of back-and-forth communication, even after providing clear documentation and reports from a qualified garage. It sometimes feels as though they assume customers aren’t being truthful, repeatedly asking for additional evidence that’s already been supplied.

This is an area that really needs improvement. The team should focus on making the warranty claim process more efficient, transparent, and customer-friendly. Apart from that, once a claim is approved, payments are handled quickly via bank transfer, which is appreciated.

Josh helped me with getting my new car, he was very patient, honest and extremely accommodating throughout. Travelled 2 hours to pick up my car and the dealership were very friendly and was a seamless process with the car in perfect condition. Thank you Josh for all of your help and the luxury customer service throughout!

I recently bought a Porsche macan from S James Prestige and I couldn’t be happier . The car and service this place delivers is amazing . Khloe set everything up for me and explained everything I needed to know in great detail. She was very professional and a pleasure to do business with . When I arrived at the showroom I was blown away with the professionalism and detail they went into . I loved the fact that it was a family run business and that I got to meet khloe abd her mum upon arrival.

I’ve now bought 3 cars for me and my family with S James Prestige in the past 2 years. Most recently in the past week. Each time the level of service has been outstanding. Michael especially, and the whole team have been very attentive in my most recent purchase, going above & beyond, and the car was pristine and fully ready to go for my collection appointment even though I was over an hour early.
The whole buying process is very easy and everyone that I have met and dealt with across the business have been brilliant.

I have used the after sales too in the past for a manufacturers fault and I was assisted through the whole process through to the issue being resolved in a quick timeframe.

S James is always the first place I look when I fancy a change of car and I will be using again.

Living in Scotland I was looking for a new car, I scrolled car garages for weeks and S James Prestige kept popping up with the types of vehicles I was looking for.
I decided to enquire about a vehicle and get some information regarding purchasing.
From start to finish questions were answered and the buying process was fantastic. There was no pushy sales after my questions were answered and I then made a phone call paid deposit and my car was reserved.
I have never travelled this far to pick a car up and wow the journey was 100% worth it.
I arrived and the staff were amazing I took the car for a test drive still no pushy sales after the test drive which I took myself with no staff member, I quickly decided I was definitely buying the car.
It was immaculate and shining like a diamond.
The upgrades the garage had done were spot on.
The staff helped me with sorting road tax and everything else I needed to drive away.
I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

I recently did business with St James prestige and I must say, I don’t think I will be looking elsewhere for my next purchase. The value for money is just incredible and we did the transaction seamlessly. Initially, having to buy a vehicle without seeing it and paying a deposit for it is off putting but considering the level of professionalism it went really well. Michael really worked with me to get the vehicle to a spec I wanted.

I went into S James Prestige on a walk in after viewing my dream car on Autotrader. When I walked in I was greeted by everybody in a friendly manner. I sat down with Khloe who explained how the company works in depth. I got to choose my brake caliper colour any colour I wanted, I did end up going for Khloe pink because it was the most gorgeous colour. I purchased this car straight away. When I came back a week later for a viewing it was in perfect condition and it was exactly as described. I was served by Kim on this day, and again the customer service was absolutely outstanding. I am very happy with my car and I will definitely be using S James Prestige again. Thank you to all staff who work there especially Khloe!

Well what was my experience. It was very good.

If you have tried We buy any car or Motorway before and been given the run around, offered on price then on the day knocked to another, you will know what I mean.

I entered this very dubious. But thankfully James proved me wrong. I was good to my word on the condition of the car as they were on the price. They kept there word which to me was very important.

Thank you for not messing me about and just buying the car at the price agreed. A man's word in this world is but a rare thing. I gave mine and in return I received the same thing. Almost unheard of, but it can still happen.

Thank you for being honest and not breaking your word. Very happy with the experience, I found these guys to be truthful and honest. The car went at the right money and I got paid as they promised.

Avoid this garage!! After purchasing a car from S James Prestige, I discovered a mileage discrepancy. It is against the law to sell a car with a known mileage discrepancy and when I raised this issue, Luke Graham- Director, failed to take any accountability, despite the discrepancy being on the car at the time of the sale. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy and transparency of their vehicle listings! Avoid at all costs!!!
