Saw the car I wanted online at S James Prestige, visited the office and completed the paper work there and then. Michael was our sales manager and can’t praise him enough. Quickly answered any of my questions. Processed the sale smoothly and was stress free. Not to mention the additional customisation they did, really improved the look of the car.

I’ve owned my fair share of cars over the years and dealt with plenty of dealerships, but nothing — truly nothing — compares to the experience I’ve just had here. From start to finish, the service has been exceptional, and the car itself is hands-down the most beautiful vehicle I’ve ever owned.
Josh and Mat deserve a special shout-out. Their service was outstanding in every possible way: incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. Any additional request I had? Sorted instantly. Any question or concern? They were on it. They returned every call immediately and made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.
And the car… immaculate doesn’t even begin to describe it. I’ve already been stopped countless times by people wanting to know where I got it from — that’s how stunning it is.

This is the 2nd time I have used S James Prestige to buy a new car, and every time has been amazing. The first time I used this dealership, it was a small business and the man who sold me a car was lovely and did everything he could to help me. I felt comfortable and very happy with my purchase. Going back to this dealership the 2nd time felt like home, it was Natalie who sold me my current car and she was so helpful and honestly knew her stuff when it came to the car I was buying. She made my whole experience very personal and the business still has that same small family run business feel, even though they are selling some amazing cars here. I can honestly say I will definitely be coming back here when it’s time for a new car. Everyone made me feel welcome and very comfortable when buying a new car.

I turned up without an appointment and was greeted by Khloe.Luckly the car i was interested in was at the showroom. After our initial chat I was given the keys to have a look around the car.Next I took the car for a test drive and was very pleased with it. Unfortunately for me my insurance for vehicle was too expensive at this time but would definitely use them again.
