Delivery was quick and the wheel is super good quality

Didn’t mount my bindings per our agreement…offered for me to send back to Europe to mount… I declined….tried to mount myself without a guide…have not tried them out yet. It sure would be nice if I was compensated for having to mount these bindings myself. Won’t be shopping at ‘NoPro’ again.

Love love love these ice skates! I have gone ice skating once now with these skates. They have not disappointed yet. I anticipate many more skate sessions (hours and hours) of enjoyable skating. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to bond with my family!

Experience for processing and delivery was great. All came on time and as promised with what was ordered. Double box protected was great and really helped to have the tracking number to pinpoint arrival date/time window.

One thing I’m looping back with is on the 3rd time I used the skates, the top side clip quit functioning properly. I am unable to tighten all the way to keep snug now as the clip will only tighten and not allow to loosen. Fortunately it loosened enough to get the right skate off before it locked up.

Would someone please reach out to me as to how this can be fixed or repaired? I have not been using them much since this happened. I’ve had others look at them and they can’t get it unstuck either.

Why did you not double box the shoes? The original shoe box is ruined

Bought my first set of Aggressive skates with Skatepro. I made sure to use their measuring guidelines for the skates and equipment sizes. Everything fit like a glove. I Buy 8 wheels and some bearings and I'm still waiting for the rest of the shipment that they are investigating what was lost when only 4 wheels arrived

I ordered birthday gifts for my daughter. I like the products but received the wrong size shirt. The online ordering was complicated and confusing. When I asked if I can exchange the shirt for the right size I was offered a $15 credit which I probably will not use.

One of the worst companies I've made a purchase from this year. Package never showed up then suddenly got "lost at customs". Skate pro would not respond to emails. Had to open a claim through my bank and pay pal to make it right. Skate pro now wants a review so here it is

Just got back from low tide at the beach….sand was well packed. I was cruising with the wind…lots of fun especially with tunes on. Split my time between Colorado and South Carolina….no issues with skates just finding wide, calm places to skate. Top buckle could be more secure … it also could be an operator issue. Looking forward to exploring more on the skates, improving fitness and skills. Great cardio workout. Skates should come with a YouTube link for operation, maintaince questions, and drills. Poles should be adjustable and offer rubber tips….
